Crab Boil & Things All you can eat ! 10/10 #foodies #foodiesoftiktok #concord #seafoodboil

Went for the $39.99 AYCE. Sounded like a good price until the 18% service charge on AYCE they put at the bottom of the menu. So it's actually $47 for the AYCE. Imaging getting the $100 AYCE and having to pay an extra $18 for no reason or benefit. Then if you want FRESH crawfish, it's another extra $5.00 per pound. Drinks were also expensive. It was $6 for iced tea. I got the lemon pepper flavor for the first batch, garlic butter for th e second, "spicy" level, cajun fries, and garlic noodles. The fries were cook well. Just basic fries. The garlic noodles taste great but was dry. The lemon pepper was bland, the garlic butter was just slightly above average and the "spicy" level wasn't really spicy at all. I enjoyed the sausage, corn, shrimp, clams, and mussels. The fresh crawfish was was decent. On the second batch, I just went with the regular frozen crawfish and it wasn't worth it. It was chewy and just wasn't a good experience. Overall, it's an average experience. The rating is mainly for the 18% service charge and what I feel is mandatory upgrade to fresh crawfish. My bill with $70 for a single person with drink and a proper tip despite the service charge.

Went here for my grandmas birthday, didn’t know that everyone at the table have to get the same exact thing or you cannot order the all you can eat option, yes , there are two all you can eat options, one with crab and the other without crab. Everyone has to get the same thing. In our party some people just wanted a la cart, and some wanted all you can eat, some of us had to switch to different tables to get what we wanted. I understand why they do that but that still doesn’t help the situation where we all can’t sit together to enjoy my grandmas birthday. I ordered the all you can eat with including the crab. I got the lemon pepper option and also the everything mix. The snow crab wasn’t good (doesn’t have that much meat), the muscles where okay, crawfish was okay,Dungeness crab , hot Sausage, garlic noodles and fries was good. When you purchase the all you can it it is also required that you get a drink, it’s not included in the price, it’s additional, and I wasn’t aware of that when I had to order it, I found out at checkout. I got the mango margarita and that was good.

My boyfriend and I had never been to an AYCE Seafood Boil before, but this is definitely the place to be! Tucked in at the end of a strip mall, you enter from the side to a dining room with multiple tables. Tables are wide and we came in around 5:30PM on a Saturday night, beating the dinner rush. Jessica was our waitress and she was the best!

Although the restaurant started to get busy, she was very attentive and checked in with every table. She was honest, informative, friendly, and helpful. She explained the rules behind the AYCE option, reviewed our choices, and informed us we could also get half orders so we wouldn't have so much food.

We ordered the AYCE with the crab legs upgrade, so about $80 a person. A tad pricey. I ordered clams, shrimp head off, sausage, corn, potatoes, snow crab legs, and a strawberry lemonade (unlimited refills). I also got the garlic butter and medium spice, which was fantastic. The combination flavors with medium spice was also really good! We got a TON of shrimp and clams, which makes sense, as they were trying to fill us up on the cheaper seafood.

For our second order, we ordered less food and bumpeo up to spicy level. Mistake! It was very spicy and our server informed us that it was because they add habanero for that level. (Two habaneros for volcano level). However Jessica was so great she offered a solution of bringing us the broth so we could water down the spice and it worked!

All the seafood was cooked, the snow crab legs were easy to eat, and HUGE PORTIONS. We definitely got our moneys worth.

Presentation was excellent, they gave us all the lemon, salt and pepper, gloves, bibs, plates, utensils, we needed. They brought our bowls and our bags in a big bubble to keep the food presentable.

There is a 18% gratuity, so fair warning. But the star of the show was literally Jessica. I cannot express how much of a help she was. She was so honest and informative. Give her a raise! She made sure we were informed, taken care of, and knew how best to proceed. When we come back we definitely want to be helped by her! 5 stars...

This was our 1st time here and we will NEVER come back. When we first walked in the front person told us she would seat us AFTER she finished inputting a order on the computer even though it was another worker right there as well. It was not even busy they only had 4 tables and like 10 employees. The waiter that took our order was very informative but she talked WAYYYYYY too fast to understand and so when she came back to the table and we ordered she basically had to repeat herself. We were NOT offered bibs so you can imagine there was some shirt stains. After 5 minutes of trying everything in the bag we concluded the food was nasty. We tried to taste everything and gave excuses but it was just not right. One of our orders had TOO MUCH sauce and the other order was almost bone dry. There was NO FLAVORA AT ALL. The garlic butter taste like nail polish and NO butter at all. My daughters bag had 2 claws of snow crab and literally only 1 claw had meat the other one was completely EMPTY. The food is NOT seasoned before the sauce is added so when you bite into the eggs, potatoes and shrimp they taste like water (no seasoning). Dipping them in the sauce did NOT make it better since thr sauce taste toxic. I took it home washed it off and re-seasoned and added my own garlic butter. Lastly we waited over 15 minutes to pay our bill. When the lady dropped it off she she then came right back (30 seconds) with to go bags and asked were we ready to pay. I was like wow I haven't even looked at the bill yet I'm wiping my hands. So we asked her to come back. She NERVER came back and moved on to other tables to close out checks and take orders. Over the next 10 minutes several employees walked past us without stopping to check us out. Finally I had to stop an employee myself to ask him to check us out. Overall this was a 1/10 experience and even if I was dying and this was the only restaurant that could save my like I would NOT eat here again. I would give a negative 2 starts if I could. For everyone planing to go here take your own seasonings and or prepare to be...

Bad Customer Service.. I ordered the Crab Boil. $85..just keep that in mind..when I arrived at their Establishment.. three, employees were at the register , the manager was present.. there was a man that was Inquiring about making an order so while he was engaged with manager, I walked to the register to speak let them know their phone order has arrived.. well.. the two employees shooshed me and said they were helping the Caucasian man.. the manager walked away.. never looking at me.. I went to the second employee, he shook his head No.. and Both employees stood there to take his order.. meanwhile the third employee was on the phone and then walked towards the Kitchen... I stood there watching all of this.. while no one wanted the help me.. but engaging in friendly conversation.. finally the third employee comes out and by no choice of hers Had to help me.. I addressed my call in order.. of course it was ready.. and, here you go, get out kind of feel! My point is the girl acted scared, shaking like I was threat for me calmly stating I didn’t understand why I wasn’t properly acknowledged upon walking in being a customer as well.. she didn’t have an answer, took my money, of course.. and I left... my money I worked for.. came to buy a great meal... deserve the respect, great customer service as anyone who visits there and spend their money.. DO BETTER.. because being black, and a woman does matter like any other race, creed, religion,...
