So here I was on my way to get some delicious ice cream so I thought. However, when I arrived at the drive thru I was given the wrong order. I wanted a Cookie dough Blizzard with some Oreos on the inside. I parked by the building and turned on the light to see the ice cream. I saw 0 Oreos inside the blizzard resulting in a lot of sadness to overwhelm my emotions. As I continued to eat the ice cream I dug further to the bottom and yet still did not find ANY Oreos and hardly any cookie dough. I walked back inside and consulted the issue with the front desk employee, she agreed with me that the blizzard did not appear to have any Oreos. She walked to the other employee and asked for a Cookie dough Oreo blizzard. He replied with "I don't know what you're asking me", she said in simple words "Make a large Cookie dough Blizzard but add some Oreos". He responded with "Okay". So I assumed what I was getting was going to be the right Blizzard. The employee handed me the blizzard and said "It does not seem like it but the ice cream has Oreos in it". That part stung the most because when I left the building and entered my vehicle I dug through some of the ice cream and could not feel anything. The car ride home I was eating the ice cream slowly, by the time I was at the end of Pembroke going into Allenstown I realized that I had eaten a total of 1 Cookie Dough and 0 Oreos. By this time I had 1/4 of my ice cream left. I am a typical person and I also work at a fast food restaurant so I understand about complaints. I am not the usual person that complains about food, I prefer not to. However, when you get something wrong twice that's inexcusable. That is why I have given the review I have, thank you but I don't think I will be getting anymore ice cream from this...
Read moreI must say I have eaten here many times, and the food is always hit or miss. You go one night for dinner and itâs terrible but yet you go a few days later it could be the best thing youâve tasted. They are far from being consistent. And now theyâve changed their chicken sandwich, that is not a chicken sandwich. They take two chicken tenders and put it on a bun. It was the hardest thing to eat without it falling apart in your hand. And the workers tell me itâs because itâs faster to do it that way is that what itâs all about is how fast you can get the food out or should be or your customers happy and what theyâre getting. I donât like their chicken sandwiches if I wanted chicken fingers I would order chicken fingers are used to love their whole chicken sandwich now itâs gone. I will say though at least all their food comes out hot , not like some of the competitors that are out there. I give them that much. Not only did they put chicken tenders on a bun there was like three or four pieces of lettuce with a little bit of mayo. I brought it back up to the counter and showed the worker what was in it and told him that I had ordered a deluxe with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions , and then they tell me we donât have any tomatoes. Iâm all done with dairy queen now itâs got a find someone else. Whoâs got a halfway decent chicken sandwich. Popeyes is now in town. I think Iâll be...
Read moreThis is the third time I've had an issue here. It started out fine, I usually had a good experience despite the shaky start this attempt to return the franchise to Loudon rd had (I guess it was so bad they had to fire all their staff and start again). Everyone there was always very nice. But I've had three bad experiences since. Once, found fuzz in my cheese curds. Once had to wait 45 min for my mobile order (went inside to ask about it, found place desperately understaffed with random stuff on the tables like a big christmas wreath, like they didn't even expect customers to come in) and this time...a white fiber or animal hair on my burger and a hair from someone's head in my fries. I didn't complain in person, because I had already driven away but I couldn't eat most of the $10 worth of food I'd ordered (I could only eat my pretzels because they seemed okay). I was desperately hungry and that's money I no longer had ot buy myself something else. I don't think I'll be back for a long time, if ever. It's just...why did you guys come back to this neighborhood? It seems like your attempt is basically cursed. But tbh, and it's weird, but almost all my bad fast food experiences in Concord have happened on the same street (except the McDs, which is usually fine). It's mostly not the companies, it's the franchises, there's even something kind of off about...
