As a loyal Starbucks customer, I wanted to share an especially negative experience I had at this store. It is very rare that I have a negative experience at a Starbucks stores, therefore I felt it important to share about the poor customer experience at this store.
Last Saturday I ordered two drinks via mobile order. When I arrived at the store 5 minutes later, I noted a very busy drive thru, and there was a line inside the store. Knowing they were busy, I patiently waited by the pick up area for my drinks. While I waited, I noticed that while the store was well staffed, employees were being sloppy with the drinks and swearing to themselves. For example, I noticed one employee slamming a cup down on the counter, causing the drink to come out the top and spill down the side of the cup. He moved on, without apology.
After waiting for 15 minutes (20 minutes after the drinks were first ordered), an employee asked me what I was waiting for. I answered that I was waiting for a holiday flat white and an eggnog latte. She gave me a rude look, and asked very curtly "What size?" I answered "grande," and showed her my phone, explaining that I had ordered via mobile order. She told me mobile order wasn't working. But, on the counter in front me of there were two mobile orders waiting for someone else, and not even 30 seconds after she spoke, another employee called out a mobile order for someone else.
She left to make the drinks, without apologizing, and without giving another reason for the drinks lateness, even though it was clear that mobile order was in fact working.
While I did eventually receive my drinks, the employee I interacted with was very rude, and lied about why the drinks were not ready. In addition, the general atmosphere was very negative - with the aforementioned sloppiness and audible swearing by the employees. In the future, I will not attend this location. Read moreI have had trouble going to this Starbucks ever since March of 2017. Ask for anything other than a straight coffee and you run the risk of it being messed up.
Example 1: My girlfriend ordered an Iced caramel Macchiato with soy milk since she is lactose intolerant. They gave us a normal iced macchiato that literally put my girlfriend on the ground with stomach pain. They gave us regular milk. I don't think they realize some people ask for soy because of actual medical reasons...
Example 2: My girl friend ordered a Caramel Macchiato, there was quite literally no caramel in the drink so we went back through to ask for a little extra to be put in and they absolutely caked the entire cup with caramel. They used the heavy syrup to cover the entire inside of the cup to the point you couldn't even see the ice. It was so sweet and piled in we just threw it out. You couldn't take a sip without filling your mouth full of syrup.
Final Straw: The very next time we went on June 29, 2017, we asked for a midnight mocha Frappuccino without whipped cream (my girlfriend is lactose intolerant). We received a SUPER watery drink. It looked like it had been sitting on the counter for about an hour before they served it to us. She said it tasted watered down, I tasted it one time and immediately turned the car around. It was awful. I went inside and very kindly asked for a replacement drink because that was just unacceptable. After the employee rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed as he spoke to his manager they finally gave us a replacement caramel macchiato that was also half assed. It was leaking everywhere and slid towards me as if I was making a problem for them.

Read moreI stopped in today around 10:50 to grab a tea for myself and A Friend, the drive thru was backed up so I decided to go in, there was also a line in the store and I saw only two people working the counter and 3-4 on drive thru while two more workers made themselves food and drinks and went out back. I understand everyone gets a break but you would think they would at least help out with that busy of a line. finally I ordered two refreshers and went over the counter to wait. I waited another 10 minutes after already being in line for 20, they slid the drink on the counter and walked off. I thought maybe they were still making the other drink. Waited again as the customers that came after me were served. I said excuse me to one of the counter workers and told her i ordered two drinks and have been waiting over 15 minutes now just for my second order. She did not stop to make my drink continued with the other orders and asked someone at drive thru to make it as they were still backed up.
