Before I say anything, I would like to say that there are many other dominos locations that I will still go to. However, I ordered a pizza to have delivered during my lunch break and chose a time. The pizza was finished for 45 minutes before it left the store according to the tracker. This means that it sat under a heat lamp for 45 minutes. Then the delivery driver had to make several deliveries before mine. Which I can understand because if you only have one driver on a Friday that will happen, as I have experienced having worked in a mom and pop pizza shop in my younger years. By the time I received my pizza it had been out of the oven for an hour and a half and was dry and cold. Before my pizza arrived, I could see the driver, driving to all the other delivery locations and my break time was ending. I called the store and could not get a hold of anyone, I had to call and stay on hold about 10 minutes each time, no one answered. Finally on the 10th attempted call I picked a different option, by this point I was irritated and rightfully so. Who wants to have to call a pizza place more than 10 times to get someone to actually answer the phone. This is unacceptable for any business. I asked to speak to the manager and was met with a gentlemen on the other end of the phone that was completely rude and had no business being a manager if he really was one. As someone who is a Manager myself, if I ever spoke to the customer the way I was spoken to, I wouldn’t have a job. Even my coworkers heard the conversation and told me to call corporate. I did not do so, but do feel others need to be warned. I will never order from this location again. We have an event coming up and I was going to use them for our pizzas, given the affordability, but now I will use another pizza chain instead. Please teach your employees how to properly de-escalate rather than escalating a customer when their food does not arrive on time and arrives cold. No need to respond or offer anything, just wanted you...

The worst chicken wings I've ever had in my life. The bones were broken, the wings were soggy, and I'm pretty sure the sauce outweighed the actual wings. The order was late, and cold, and went directly in the trash.
If you're the franchisee, have a look at your customer support inbox. I'm the one who had a lengthy profane conversation with the online chat bot, that is even more broken than your terrible wings.
Fix your CRM Make better food And respond to your support emails. If you're an employee here and hate your job as much as the food reflects. Quit. There are better days and better ways. These lazy franchise companies that jam you in strip malls too small to actually fit your store, don't have adequate parking for employees, and barely engage with staff deserve to fail.
I'll assume that it's actually an overwhelmed, underpaid, and apathetic manager who has to do this, but if that person is as supported by their owner as I feel from your customer support; I get it. I'd send out horrible orders to try to run him out of business too.
This location and I now have beef. Since they won't reply to my emails through customer support, I'll be writing a review every time they have the audacity to send me more emails that I unsubscribed to. TBF I've had delivery from this location at least a dozen times over the years and it's always been underwhelming, so maybe I don't spam the reviews too too much, but in the words of the greatest chat bot of all time...
Read moreThis place used to be decent so we order pizza here once or twice in a month. However last three times they took 1 hour to prepare one large pizza. Today was particularly horrible experience. Its Tuesday and not a typical busy day. Confirmed my order is ready in app then walked in, two kids were working, one at counter, he didn’t even look up and asked ‘if I can wait a minute’ and went on to prepare pizzas at the oven. Second person was working on packing them. They both see me standing there and keep working for 10 minutes essentially ignoring customer. I take a step and ask person packing if I can pick my pizza sitting on the shelf with my name clearly displayed. This person told me to ‘back off’ which obviously isn’t what one expects as part of their dominoes visit. Finally packing person that told me to ‘back off’ comes and hands over...
