Dunkin' — Restaurant in Concord

Placed mobile order at 1507. Arrived at 1512 in the drive thru to a very long line. We were the vehicle behind the one at the speaker. Waited until 1523 and realized no one was left in front of the vehicle at the speaker. Drove around that vehicle to the window and waited 3 more minutes. No one came to the window. Went inside. This is a gas station combo dunks. Opened the door to the gas station clerk asking how the day was going and observed a girl next to him at the gas station counter wearing a headset in a dunks outfit eating green beans with her fingers out of a can. I told them we were not doing very good because we’ve been waiting outside for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever after having placed a mobile order. She did not say anything. I asked him if he was the one running dunks, knowing he wasn’t. Then he pointed to her and said she was. She asked if she could see my mobile order and said she would make it. I told her I already sent it in. She said she never got it. We followed her over to the dunks counter and she asked what I ordered. I started to tell her then she asked if my name was Karie. I said yes. She asked the first letter of my last name so I told her. Then she said “oh I have it right here. It just came through.” so she started making the drinks and asked if I had anything else. I reminded her she had my order in her hand and she said she didn’t have any of the food on the orders. We finally got the food, and we finally got the drinks. No apology, no thank you, nothing. She was very argumentative the whole time. Having been loyal dunks customers, we promptly looked at the stickers on our drinks, and the time was stamped 1509. So she had her order the entire time, and wasted all of our time with no acknowledgment...

This place sucks. Most workers there are rude and hate their job. Particularly Sam, this lady was extremely rude to me today. I asked for her to fix my coffee because it didn’t taste as it normally does (I do go there everyday i think i would know how it’s supposed to.) She told me it was made correctly, but she took the coffee and pretended to fix it while i watched her only shake it. The coffee came back exactly the same as when I first got it. I decided to go inside to see if I could ask another worker and of course the same lady was except with another guy. I tell them that my coffee didn’t taste right and i wanted a new one. I was very polite even though i was irritated and the lady goes on to tell me it was made right and i said that i just want it remade. The guy proceeds to remake it besides the fact of the nasty attitudes and acting like i’m not even a customer and treating me like that too. He finishes making it, and the rude lady, Sam, tells me the amount of cream I get in my coffee drowns out the flavoring. This lady was ruthless let me tell ya. I get the same thing everyday I KNOW HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO TASTE. Anyways, awful experience. These workers are incredibly rude and need to relearn customer service. Just don’t even bother going there. Run this place faster you can! After spending Tuesday $20 again, I regret it. The Coffey was not like a coffee at all. I ordered two different macchiatos horrible put extreme sugar. I specifically asked pleas one is no caramel and bout was a caramel we couldn't drink it because excessive sugar and croissant wasn't fresh. Yesterday When my lovely 16 yr old wanted to try other donuts, I wanted to give this place another chance because it was through my job rd. After waiting 12 minutes, I couldn't figure out she was ignoring us in the drive-thru because I heard every sound, even her. If she would say we are closed, there is no reason to wait that long or go inside. Then we decided to make it easy for her, so we stepped in the door, and the lady was outraged and unprofessional if they were closed how the two people purchased Coffey in front of us a minute before. Instead cursed me in front of 16 yr old niece. I am shocked, not professional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not deserve your money.
