Subway — Restaurant in Concord

This was the most awful experience that I had! I asked for a foot long on flat bread and he made it in a foot long but sideways. It looked like a 6 inch so I asked for another one and he said “you should have told me that to start” I then explained that I asked for a foot long and he told me this is. I said they usually make it the other way so that it’s an actual foot long and you can share it. He replied, “well I have been doing this way since I started and I just roll it up”. I explained to him again that I’m sharing this and wanted it the correct way. He was also eating with his gloves on while making my sandwich! He was slamming things around and making comments about how I wanted my sub. While sitting and eating he would be talking to his coworker about me and then customers as well. I am very upset about this interaction and he made me feel VERY uncomfortable. To the point I don’t EVER want to come back here! I was with my grandmother and 3 year old daughter! There was this lady there and she was extremely rude from the point that she asked what kind of sub I wanted to the check out, she put literally half the sub filled with chicken and the other side with none I asked her if she could spread the chicken out some and she straight up told me no, and mind you that she was making me and my gfs sandwiches at the same time, she put both sandwiches in the oven together and I knew that it wasn’t gonna cook them fully so I asked if she could put it in for like 15 seconds that was also a no so when I asked for like veggies on my sub she threw them all in one spot mind you I got a foot long, I asked for guacamole and she slapped it in one spot, she literally gave me the like outside of it like the hard part of the guacamole she put that on my sandwich I asked for some mayo and she put literally the thinnest string of mayo on there, never wrapped my sub, never cut it, if I could give no stars I definitely would cause that was insane like very poorly staffed, terrible attitude, I refuse to go back to this...

Terrible experience. I had 2 men helping me. An older man who seemed to be the authority figure there, and a younger training man. The older man was incredibly short with me, only took my order, did things to my sub that I did not ask for (like toasting) and was generally not nice. When I asked him to please remove my sub from the oven he was visibly annoyed. He even nit-picked the trainees performance infront of me despite the trainee's clear efforts to do his best. The trainee was the one who had a decent personality and he was the one asked if the children were ordering food and took thier orders. I had to hunt down parts of mh kids meals like the applesauce etc. I almost walked out because the man was so rude. I stayed because my children were hungry for dinner. I would give no stars but its not possible. The only good part of this was the trainee. I will only go to the Bow Junction Subway from now on. The entire experience...
