Harbor Freight — Local services in Concord

I have been going to Harbor Freight for several years and have purchased many items from them and usually at a fair price. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, plus the discounted weekly coupons are always nice to have! Recently, I had a problem with an item I had bought at the Concord, NH store, and while I was at the store one day, happened to mention my issue to "JEFF" (the store manager) After listening to my concern, Jeff graciously went out of his way to make adjustments to my purchase that I greatly appreciated. Jeff was very helpful, professional, coutesous, and it is apparant that he actually does care about customers. Great store with great associates. They are very helpful and gonout of their way to help you get the items you are looking for. They are also very knowledgeable about the tools and other products they sell, now not every associate knows everything about every item they carry buy cumulatively the associates as a team know more than I imagined they would about the items they sell in their store. I definitely suggest you go to this location or another location and check out the wide variety of tools and other items they sell. Most the tools are much much better than what they sold 10 or more years ago. I went here to buy a tool box for my job, and left even more excited than when I went in! I went in and found the one I wanted, grabbed the tag and went to the register. The price tag on the floor hadn’t been changed yet from a previous sale, but Mike the supervisor had me issue helping me out! He even threw in a free membership to the inside track club which has even more deals and coupons! He was very patient as I found out the hard way that my debit card has a $1000 per day limit on it and waited as I called the bank to approve the purchase.
