First time at this location, and it has been many many years probably 30 + since I have visited a Dunkin Donuts. Well I can see that the breakfast sandwiches were incredibly good and tasty oh, I was somewhat disappointed with the newer Taste of the donuts in general. I don't know if I was expecting a certain flavor from years ago or if I maybe forgot because I was much younger and these things were careless to have as a concern, but regardless the flavoring and texture of the donuts was just okay for me and not my favorite. I was extremely pleased with my encounters with staff, but slightly leaning for a better variety on the products to buy for take-home in regards to coffee and the pods Etc. I had a cold Blended coffee drink that I was not so excited about and the counter person was extremely friendly and more than willing to fix me something that I like allowing me to try samples as well, and said she wouldn't stop until I was happy. While that gesture is rather kind I wouldn't have made her stand there all day but believe it or not she nailed it on the second try so kudos for their efforts to keep a customer happy at any expense and overall I am rating the service and food as a whole so I will still give...
Read moreFirst, I'll say I have a lot of respect for Dunkin'. I really appreciate that they just make coffee and donuts and stay out of the political arena. That is pretty rare for most major companies and I am trying to support more companies like that. That being said, I was disappointed with my visit yesterday. I ordered a chocolate donut and an iced chai tea for myself and a maple donut for my husband. Everything was pretty disappointing. The donuts tasted at least a day old- they were really stale and dry and my Chai tea was just milk and sugar. The inside is pretty bland too. Maybe due to all the dining tables being scooted off to the side so there's no where to sit and wait for food and you can only eat outside. I'll come back and hope I have a better experience at some point, but I unfortunately was not...
Read moreSlightly cheaper and less busy than Starbucks, although, the drive thru isn’t much better than the Starbucks across the street. Staff are super friendly, but like most places are understaffed and underpaid. Always ask for a receipt. They don’t often mess up your order, but if it’s busy, sometimes it happens. As much as I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks, would be nice to pay for a large and actually get a full cup. An inch from the top is whatever, but a few inches? Kinda disappointing.
Otherwise, the breakfast food is good. A bit greasier and unhealthier than Starbucks, but you’re paying for convenience not health so 🤷🏻 I’d recommend the hot Matcha and breakfast sandwiches. Usually prefer my drinks cold, but the Iced/blended Chai or Matcha isn’t as good. The Matcha here is better than...
