I know my daughter and her freinds who love a Bo-Ba Tea with the works and they drive 30 minutes by all the other options as Share Tea the best. International fame and reputation has brought the gourmet tea drinkers (think Starbucks Bleneded Drinks but with Tea and Bo-Ba balls of gooey sweetness you suck thru the big straw. I have a frequent buyer card with them and my daughter always adds my phone number to the order and the night they were working on a project she picked up the Teas with the help of her friend Rachel who drives. They sell them with preordering as a fundraiser at my dauughter's High School at lunch. Dont laugh ....kids paid $5.50 for the Coffee Ice Cream Blended with Boba which is the cost and the donation jar got mostly $10 in a few cases more with profits going to their Club which was so grateful they just took them out for a four hour dinner cruise and Dance on the Bay with Rotary driving them both ways. Usually a long line and the teas are custom measured, hand shacken, blended and carefully covered with the celophane seal. More kinds of teas not fancy or really fancy than one can ever hope to learn what the items added even are and by the line out the door all ages are enjoying a little afternoon tea from Green to Coffee Blended. Remember the big straws are for Boba drinks. A regular shake straw doesn't cut it so make sure to get the right one. Tell them Caren sent you and when they ask who is Caren? Tell them Im the mom who just shows them the text from my kid when I order and always give them my keychain card and tip them the .50 left over and sometimes $1 to...
Read moreHi,
I recently visited the Sharetea location in Concord with my wife, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. As soon as we entered the store, we were met with an overpowering and unpleasant odor. The smell was so bad that my wife couldn’t bear it and decided to wait outside, despite the extremely hot weather.
I decided to proceed and order two drinks, hoping for a better experience. However, the situation only got worse. When I informed the staff about the unpleasant smell, they not only ignored my concerns but also started laughing at me. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. It seemed they were making fun of me, which was very humiliating.
When I confronted them about their rude behavior, they continued to mock me instead of addressing the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a bubble tea shop.
I do not recommend visiting this Sharetea location. The staff's unprofessionalism and the store's poor condition make it a...

I was in last Monday with my wife and noticed a sharp increase in prices. That’s fine, costs of things is going up. But now the price is the same or higher than other shops.
What really bothered me was the really bad customer service. 2 employees, each completely disengaged, in sour moods, with AirPods in their ears.
I’m shocked a business would tolerate customer facing employees to stand there and not smile while listening to music in one ear.
Super sad. Wishing them all the...
