My personal favorite is the Susa quesadilla. I usually get the chicken. It is enough to feed 1 280 lb man or two normal people. The food comes with chips and salsa for free. The chips aren't much to talk about. But the salsa bar is all homemade oh, a little on the spicy side. But better than much more expensive restaurants salsa. Its a giant red flag if a taco shop uses Calidad tortilla chips, but I ignored it to try some of their plates. I got the nachos and the quesadilla. Both items were served in 5 minutes. I walked about 200ft to the brewery next door and sat down to eat within 2 minutes of getting my food. The nachos were already completely soiled and soggy.
