I recently visited Zaxby's for the first time, and while my overall experience had its ups and downs, there were some notable moments worth mentioning.
When I arrived at the drive-through, I noticed that the lights were not on, making it unclear whether the drive-through was open. I proceeded to ask the representative if I could order at the window, and unfortunately, I was met with an unfavorable response. This initial interaction was disappointing and highlighted a need for better training in customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
However, the experience took a positive turn thanks to Faira, an outstanding member of Zaxby's staff. Faira stepped in and assisted my sister and me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a significant difference and turned our visit around.
While there is room for improvement in ensuring all employees provide consistent and professional customer service, Fairaâs exceptional assistance showcased the potential for a great experience at Zaxbyâs. I hope the management continues to invest in training their staff to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
Overall, my visit had a rocky start but was redeemed by Faira's excellent service. I'll be giving Zaxby's another chance in the future, hoping for a more consistent experience...

   Read moreI work near this place and today was the last straw that I come and the sign says dine in open at 10:30 am and the doors are locked & the employees have a attitude like Iâm not supposed to be there says I have to spend extra money and order online because the staff is short and drive through is down as well so I ask to speak to an manager and she lies and says the manager isnât there Iâm a manager myself so in order to open the store a manager has to be there because their the only ones who hold a key.. so did the employee break into the store to get in?!?!?
