Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Concord

We ordered the boneless wing meal. We had ordered two of them. One of them we substituted the fries for slaw. Both are suppose to come with Texas toast and a drink regardless. We picked it up right before it closed cause it was the time we got over there. One of our meals had fries but no Texas toast. The other meal had Texas toast but no slaw. So we had a meal with just the fries and 5 piece chicken and the other the 5 piece chicken and bread. The meals aren’t that hard to put together and just because it was close to closing time don’t mean you should cheat people for what they pay for. This is the third time we have had something missing from an order from this location. We will not be coming back to this location for any of our orders when we are in town or in the area. You are paying for a meal and what it says comes with it but yet you have items missing from it. They have no problem taking your money but not fulfilling the order. Very disappointed in...

I love the hot sauce but 3 out of 4 times I've been to this location i noticed that MULTIPLE items were missing once I got home. The third time this happened I got back on the drivethrough line to let them know, and I was met with so much attitude at the window. Not only did I have to wait ten more minutes for the staffs error but the rest of my food was cold and soggy when I got home. This food is not cheap for this kind of experience. I very rarely leave bad reviews but wow this place has 75% failure rate for me.

Edit. I gave it another shot since I'm staying at the hotel up the road. THEY FORGOT AN ENTIRE MEAL AGAIN!!! I understand that fast food joints in particular are hurting from the shortage of people willing to work for below a livable salary, but its unacceptable to forget items that a customer has paid for time and time again. I come to this zaxbys location all the time and I am always satisfied! I even recommended them to my friend yesterday because of how good the service and quality of the food always is. We both went together yesterday and I was disappointed to speak so highly of them to my friend and we get there and had a few problems for the first time ever for me! I got charged for extra fries, which I understand mistakes happen so I had to receive cash instead of the money back on my card because I would have to wait some business days. My friend also didn’t receive all of her food so we had to go back twice as well. The next morning me and my friend are not feeling too well and believe we had gotten bad food because of the stomach pains we are both receiving.
