I’ve come to this location a few times and it’s always been hectic. However this time was the worse. The drive thru speaker was terrible to begin with as usual. Once we were able to start ordering, we stated we had 2 orders. The worker couldn’t hear us and we had to yell through the intercom. Once the worker finally heard 2 orders, (after multiple attempts) she asked if we started an order on the personal ordering stations and then came through the drive thru. We stated no and processed to order. She stopped us mid order and asks again if we already started an order. We tell her no, we have not placed any order but trying to now. After she asked us a third time and we state no, for the third time we proceed to place our order. As we’re a car away from the window a guy walks out to take payment and repeats an order to us that’s not ours. He walks back inside and once the car in front of us pulled off we pulled to the window. We are then asked again if we placed an order in the personal ordering stations and then came to the drive thru, we tell them no we ordered only at the drive thru. Another worker comes to the window and asks us the same question. We state no and they read an order to us that’s entirely wrong, a third person comes to the window and asks us the same question we’ve been asked several times and reads us the same wrong order. Finally a young girl appearing to be a manager comes to the window and asks us the same question AGAIN and repeats the wrong order to us. We tell them no, we’ve only ordered through the drive thru and they’ve got our order entirely wrong. The girl stated, somehow an order was “started for us” but they have everything figured out. Finally we get our food. As I checked everything and it was right, I go to take a bite of my burger, they got my burger wrong AND it was a piece of hair on my burger. After already dealing with this for 30 mins I returned my burger, told them why and we pulled off. The guy that took it just walked away after. Didn’t offer a replacement or compensation. Read moreI arrived here at 9:46pm. It's now 10:38 and they just got me my food. It's cold. They also added something to my order that I never asked for our spoke of, which is why when they first tried to deliver me an order I said to them that I didn't order that item. They walked around looking for who ordered it and went back in with the food. They came back out with the one bag containing the changed burger (my fault forgot to say no mustard) and told me the rest was still being made. I waited and called back in asking about the rest of my food. They said the burger I got was the second bag, but I never got the first. Finally they bring the rest of my food... again, it has something on it I never ordered. I explain exactly what I ordered, took the food that was what I ordered, and waited for the new receipt that never came. I called and asked for a manager. He came out and spoke with me, took my cold food and got me food made. When the girl brought out my new food with a receipt, it showed the new total but not that it was changed. I asked for the original receipt so that if I had to call corporate I had both to show them. The girl asks for my receipt back, I said no. If the manager needs it, he can ask for our when he brings the old one to me. She puts her hands on the air and grabs her head while walking away like I'm the one inconveniencing them at this point. Another person, a lovely individual named Jalen (sp) came out and explains that the card will only be ran once for the new price and once it's changed in their system that they can't get the old one back. So there shouldn't be a problem with the charge, but it will take 6hrs to show. His explanation, the first one I received, made sense. So now I wait to find out if it's right on the charge. Read moreTERRIBLE customer service from EVERYONE I interacted with, including the individual claiming to be the general manager. The person taking orders was unfriendly and kept saying “What do you want?” Over and over throughout me placing my order. I had to call back to them, after waiting 20 minutes, for my order. To which, I had to “convince” the person that I had not received my order before he would not even LOOK for it. After 5 seconds of him “looking” he says my order was just sitting there. The girl/woman brings me my order, misses something from the order and says she will be right back with the item...she doesn’t comeback. But while waiting for my item I realize my order is COLD to the touch and WRONG. ( Not surprising after waiting 20+ minutes for it to be handed to me) Also, the order is sloppy and messy. I spend the next 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention to get my order fixed. The girl who was supposed to be coming back to my car, blatantly ignores me. As in, she looks at me and turns away from me 3 times. I, now, have to get out of my car to get a refund because f*ck the food at this point. I waited EVEN LONGER for a disheveled man to come to the door. I tell him the situation and he doesn’t even apologize he just says “whatever” he gives my money back. I ask for General Manager’s information, he claims to be the GM.
