So I had gone on two occasions and I will be bluntly honest about it. The first time was 9/19/24. Me and my friend ordered a burger plain with cheese and a small turtle sundae. Firstly the worker in the drive through did not seem quite alright. Not sure what but they seemed under the influence. Several times we had to repeat our order to the box as he was just not understanding or remembering. When we got our food the burger was just meat and bun no cheese and the Sunday was literally falling out of the lid from being over full. We decided the place is new and so we would just try again later. Well I go back on Sunday 09/22/24. I ordered a hotdog with a Sunday and a coke. While trying to talk to the girl I could hear loud laughing in the back ground and yelling across the kitchen from the headset. In my opinion not professional but these are kids so I let it slide like I have been in the food industry so I get it. However they tell me they only have Pepsi products. Here is the issue no where on the drive through board do I see options to choose another drink just the drink size and for someone in bifocals that board needs to be made bigger bc where! So I order a sweet tea just to have a drink. I get to the window and the young lady doesn’t even interact with me besides tell me my total. Cool I get it it is 15 to close and I’m going into work so I get the want to be off. This is where my issue lies. Another worker comes to the girl at the window and loudly says 20 minutes to close ready to get tf out of here! And loud laughing. This is highly unprofessional like I get your about to close yay for you but you still have customers? I get my food my hot dog is cold, and my sweet tea isint sweet. I think who ever the general manager is or the manager need to get it together and do a mass retraining. This is a new store and yet your employees are at work possibly under the influence cussing in front of customers and overall rude not to mention the food was sub par considering the ridiculous cost!!! If your a manager and see this you need to step up do a retraining of your employees and work on food standards. I will not be coming back. I will stick with five guys...

For this to be a new location they failed to meet my standards. This was my first time stopping at this location. (Terrible spot to have it built) Something told me to just keep driving. Person who took my order in drive-thru was nice. Person who took payment at the window practically whispered my total 🙄. I only ordered 2 things a large fry & a mini Turtle Sundae. The first thing handed was the fries (I was not on my A-game to not realize the damn fries were not hot...they were not even warm😑) Then I'm told they are waiting on my sundae. Then a different person comes to the window asking if i ordered a strawberry shake😑🙄 I say, no and tell her what I'm waiting for-- reply is, "Ooh ok." Fresh fries should have & could have been made during this ridiculous wait time. As the window opens up again I see a mess that has been made with the cup my mini turtle sundae is i give a look and say that needs to be cleaned off more and please give me more napkins. I was afraid to open it because all the ice cream would spill over the cup. They over flowed the cup. A toddlers thumb of whip, a tiny cherry, 9 pecans, a teaspoon of fudge (On Top & even drizzled & in the bottom of the cup like it should be..they didn't know how to make it😡😤 & a cup of ice cream. All the things that make this what it is were stuck in the lid. Usually when you buy fries that's the 1st and only thing you dig in the bag to eat while you drive-- nope, not on this day at this place. The location, the youngsters who managed to get hired there...said it all. Service was poor. 2 thumbs down!👎🏽👎🏽 I don't even want to give them a 2nd chance. I was dining in and decided to use my free concrete reward on the app. I placed my order while I was eating and then waited by the freezer for my ice cream to be placed in there like the app instructed. Little did I know that ice cream orders were just being placed next to the cashier counter like it's Starbucks. Everything was melting and my order had been sitting out without my knowledge even after I told an employee what I was waiting on. When they found my ice cream, it was wrong and completely melted. I didn't even want it remade because I was tired of waiting. The worst part was that I saw multiple employees helping themselves to the ice cream line making their own food when orders were obviously backed up. One girl even spilled ice cream on her fingers, THEN LICKED HER FINGERS AND PLACED THEM BACK INTO THE ICE CREAM TOPPINGS TO COMPLETE HER PERSONAL ICE CREAM without any gloves on. I really couldn't even be bothered to argue about what I saw at the time. I was grossed out and threw away my desert. Not sure how this location is already so dirty being that it is so new. Wish...
