I would genuinely rate this a zero if I could. I never write reviews, but I have to for this experience. I'm writing this right after it happened to me on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 10:10pm..... All the kiosks were closed, so I had to order at the counter, no one was there. I wait 10 minutes, while 3 teenagers in uniform look at me like im stupid, while they talk to people in Spanish that are working in the kitchen. Not only that, almost 5 employees in different style uniforms(I guess different rank) are in the kitchen looking at me like I'm stupid. Finally someone comes over, and she just stands in front of me doesn't say anything. Until I do. Then I give her my app code, and then order some food. I ask about the 5 dollar meal, and she said the McValue meal. I said I guess so if that's what it's called. She then lists off the different meals, but I couldn't understand her bc she was speaking so fast and with an accent. So I ask her to please say that again. She then proceeds to look at me, take in a big sigh as if to be annoyed, and then repeats herself with the same speed and accent but this time more aggressive and with more bass in her voice. This was entirely disrespectful. That's really it, mcdonalds is mcdonalds. Food is always gonna be the same more or less. But this is down right repulsive, and embarrassing...
Read moreStrange experience at this place, at this time. I decided in the middle of this afternoon I wanted something to eat it didn't seem crowded and I went inside. There was one person in line ahead of me just finishing their transaction, the man behind the counter gave the person they're receipt; he didn't even look at me and walked away. I stood there; one, two, at least three other employees looked at me, walked past me, and didn't say a word. Then minute by minute, more people started coming in lining up behind me. We all stood there waiting, with no employees in sight behind the counter. Then the gentleman who had originally walked away from me, came back with a small cup full of pickles; put them on the counter and after waiting for 5 minutes at least; asked me if he could help me. I ordered my fish sandwich paid for it, took the receipt and stood there and waited because I had ordered it without cheese. They had to cook another one. That took at least 5 more minutes and that cup of pickles sat there the entire time and nobody touched them, talked about them, or even looked at them. When I left after emptying out the sandwich from the box and throwing away the bag and the box and the receipt, nobody acknowledged those pickles that he went for and made me wait. Very unusual...
Read moreToday Hwy 105 was flooded when I was driving to work. I had to pull in the parking lot at this McDonald's. I was there about and 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was fortunate that a friend could pick me up, since the flood waters were still too high for me to drive through. I walked up to the door to let the manager know I would be back later to get my car, since I had to park in a weird spot and an employee was blocking me in, only to find that they had locked everyone outside. There were some elderly people that had been waiting in their cars also trying to get in. We weren't even acknowledged, they just ignored us. I called in once I had been picked up, I spoke to the manager, Maria, she said they locked the doors for security reasons. Well what about others safety?? What about the customers that had been waiting out in the parking worried about their cars about to be flooded?? She didn't care or seem concerned at all. Plus they had other customers in the building they just wouldn't let everyone in. Isn't it against Fire Code to lock people in a building that is open?? What if there was a fire? This McDonald's has lost my business. I usually stop on the way to work, but not anymore. Their disregard for peoples safety is disheartening to...
