If you aren’t familiar with the Sazon Colombiano (Colombian Flavors) you are in for a treat. Don’t expect Mexican here, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. If you are into discovering great flavors, try Colombian food. This is the place to go for Colombian in Vegas. Start with an empanada, choose between shredded chicken or beef. These little cornmeal fried exterior pockets of yumminess have a stuffing made of potato, shredded meat and flavorful spices (garlic, cumin, onion, tomato sofrito) not spicy hot, but packed with a flavorful punch! Empanadas are served with a green onion, vinegar, garlic and sometimes spicy sauce. Kinda like a finely chopped pico but juicier. You must try Colombian soda the, “ Colombiana.” It’s a pink champagne colored soda, non-alcoholic of course. Try the Manzana Postobon, an apple flavored soda, it’s just as good. If soda is not your thing ask for one of many tropical juices. The “Bandeja Paisa” is the most famous traditional dish. It is a huge portion of grilled beef, chorizo Colombiano, the best meaty chicharron in town, plantains, beans, rice, a fried egg and an arepa. Arepas are the Colombian white corn thick yet small tortilla. Aracely’s has a variety of many other dishes, try a “Sancocho de gallina” chicken soup made with potatoes, yuca, plantains, and corn; this soup is thick and so flavorful. It is served with white rice, and a sliver of fresh avocado. So many options to try,...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Aracely’s restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and seated promptly. The staff was attentive and Mariela, Aracely and the staff made us feel truly welcome throughout the meal.
The food was exceptional, good portions, great quality and, was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I ordered bandeja, it was perfectly cooked and delicious. Even the appetizers “patacones” and the dessert “leche quemada” was the perfect finish.
What really stood out was the genuine hospitality. Our server checked in just the right amount and made great recommendations from the menu. You could tell the whole team cared about delivering a great experience.
There is a small store with a great selection of Colombian products such as snacks, sodas among others.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone who appreciates great food paired with excellent service. I’ll definitely be...
Read moreExtremely disappointed in their service. My wife is Colombian and ordered her meal. I drove 20 miles to pick it up. They don’t put a name on the order, and no one speaks English. So when I asked for the order the server showed me the order on the computer. It was correct there and on the bill she handed me. $30. I paid and she handed me the order. I drove home, 20 miles. When my wife opened for the order it was completely the wrong entree. She called them and I had to drive another 20 miles back to get the correct order! So 80 miles for a $30 meal. This is the second time they messed up an order for us. I let the first one slide. But now, don’t think I will go to this restaurant again. Online everything looks great! A nice looking Chef with fancy table cloths and pretty meals. That’s just fluff. It not that esthetically pleasing a place to go. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TO GO ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. PLEASE DON’T TRUST THAT THEY...
