People with disabilities beware. Atmosphere is great. I love the Forrest Gump theme. Food is okay. The hostess was nice. The thing I'm most upset about is being bossed around by a server who accompanied the hostess, which I'm not really sure why she was taking to me at all, because she didn't wait on us. She told me to put my stroller in the front. She didn't talk to me politely. She rudely talked to me. I have kids older than her and the meal here is not inexpensive, so no, I didn't think she should address me with rudeness or disrespect. This immediately ruined the whole experience. I've been here before a few times and I never had an issue until yesterday. My child is disabled and sits in it to eat. I guess we were supposed to hold our child for the duration of the meal, which is totally ridiculous. And he doesn't fit into a high chair. If you can accommodate people with a wheel chair, then you can accommodate a child who needs his chair (stroller). The manager came over and told me it's a health code violation. My child's disability is not a health code violation. And that's amazing, because I have brought his stroller into every restaurant I've ever been to, and not once have I ever been told my child's stroller is a health code violation. Give me a break. What if my baby was a newborn??? For a place that is centered around a movie that is about a person with a mental disability, they don't have any compassion for people with disabilities. Just shameful and the lack of empathy and stolen dignity shown to our family was just staggering, but don't worry they still took our payment off 400 dollars, no problem lol, since we have a big family. So bottom line, if you want to be treated like garbage and talked down to, bring your disabled child in a stroller with your family and $400. Do better, okay. One day someone with access to a lawyer could come and be very disappointed with the lack of dignity and respect shown to people with disabilities. Customer service classes for staff couldn't hurt either. We're living in a WOKE society and this is absolutely...

I have not been to one in years, even though I visited them in San Francisco, Miami, here, and other locations, but I highly recommend never to come here. I asked for the "Run Across America Sampler" and that was a total disappointment. At almost $30 with taxes, I only got 8 shrimp, after replacing the chicken tenders with more shrimp, and they were on top of the hush puppies which were atop some Shredded cabbage that was at the bottom, a sort of filler or base to make it all look like more. A total charade!!! Now, today is my birthday, and my wife mentioned it to a server ( I didn't want that as I had just heard them doing the BD thing at someone behind us and that sounded just disappointing), so I wanted nothing to do with that, but she did not care. Well, nothing came out of it anyhow, but what truly disappointed me was the food, that plate was a ripoff! Also, my phone's battery was almost dead when we went to sit at our table, as we had an outlet right behind my chair, I pluggled it in. Immediately I had a server barking at me that customers couldn't do that, with some ridiculos excuse as reason. She told me if I needed to plug in my phone to take it to the bar for that. In essence, save your money, pick another place, the food is basic and not plenty for the price, quality is "meh", service is not the best, and their policies, like that about the use of outlets, ridiculous! Put a dent on my wish to ever eat at a Bubba...
Read moreI should have written this review months ago, but better late than never! Back in June, we were getting married and wanted to host a large dinner (around 50 guests) the night before the wedding. Bubba’s was the only restaurant that responded quickly and made the entire process stress-free. No upfront payment was required, everything was handled the day of. All I had to do was provide a head count and meal choices, and they took care of the rest. We were seated right on time, and the staff was absolutely incredible, so kind, attentive, and organized. Everyone received their salads promptly, followed by their entrées, which were all correct and cooked perfectly. The food was phenomenal, and not a single guest had a complaint. After dinner, they handed out a chocolate dessert for everyone. To top it off, they even hosted a trivia game with prizes, which none of us were expecting but ended up being such a fun bonus that had everyone laughing and enjoying themselves even more. I truly regret not remembering the names of the amazing staff who helped us, but I can’t recommend Bubba’s enough, especially for large groups, though they’d be just as wonderful for smaller gatherings too. Thank you all so much for making this such a special and...
