Friday, March 7th sitting at the bar and the bartender said they needed a card to hold on file. Gave him my card and before I even closed out our bill he charged me twice. I asked why I was being charged twice with the same amount he said it’s a pre authorization, that once I close out the bill those other charges return back to my account. I called the next morning and spoke with a manger to inform him know this is very inconvenient to be charged now three times due to the two additional charges outside of the one time I should have only been charged and I still don’t have the $90 refunded back to my account. After not receiving a call back I went up to the restaurant asked for a manager, now this time a different manager came and she said oh well anytime you add something to the bill we have to run a new charge and it takes 24 hours for it to fall back to your account. DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!! It is now Tuesday, March 11th and I still don’t have my money back. I’ve never been to a restaurant or bar even on the strip where you have to be charged multiple times. We never added anything new to our bill just to the two over priced drinks we started with. Again, very inconsiderate and a stupid! policy, if it even is one. What happened to just holding a card when you want to keep the tab open and then when your ready to close out then they charge your card. Having to be out $90 the whole weekend to not only wait for them to reverse the charges but have to wait for the bank to clear and put the money back...

ATMOSPHERE: Tucked away in a corner adjacent to the registration area of Caesars Palace, bar seating & low tops were constantly occupied even in the wee hours of the morning. Everything was very clean, especially the mirrors above the bench seats.
LATE NIGHT MENU: A handful of breakfast, lunch & dinner items from their regular menu including bar-style apps, salads, burgers, pizza, pasta, sandwiches.
BEVERAGE: Mille Prosecco Smooth and well-balanced flavors of sweet & tart.
FOOD: Burrito This was the tastiest breakfast burrito I’ve consumed to date. The chorizo and bacon elevated the fluffy eggs and cheese to the next level. Bite-sized breakfast potatoes were crispy and seasoned well. It’s a hearty, huge portion that I could not finish.
Linguine Alfredo I added chicken which was a good-sized, grilled breast. Another tasty dish with al dente noodles and crunchy garlic bread.
Caesar Salad Don’t let my pic fool you as while it looked undressed, there was the perfect amount of creamy dressing in there. Very nice recipe.
SERVICE: Host greeting was immediate. We had a short 5 minute wait for table seating (vs. no wait for the bar).
Lisa D took excellent care of us. She was super friendly, happy and attentive, as were the others who constantly refilled our waters and delivered the food. It’s a very memorable & relaxing experience when people enjoy their jobs.

Firstly they made me sit in the bar area which they previously said is prohibited for kids and I had my kids with me.
Our server was Casey who clearly was fed up of serving or was just simply racist. I asked her to change my coffee and bring a hot one because it was bland and cold. She starts to have an argument with me and tells me this is how a cappuccino is like and now that I have taken a sip from it she will charge me again for one more. That’s when I realized the coffee was cold. This all she tells to a person who drinks cappuccino twice every single day before and after the breakfast. And when I told her I have extra hot everyday for last one week she tells me “I don’t wanna talk to you” and leaves. This all in front of my kids.
I had to take it to the manager all this for one hot coffee.
Manager being used to of staff misbehavior was more focused on what I was saying instead of insulting behavior of the waitress and asking from the waitress the issue.
People like her shouldn’t be hired at first place who have no respect for their job and customers who are paying for good dining...
