The quality and service at this chick fil a on Macland and Powder Springs has gone down significantly recently. I’m not sure if it’s a result of the pandemic but these types of situations never occurred in the past. It’s unorganized and ghetto. Each time I go, my food is either wrong, something is missing from my bag or the food isn’t hot. I’ve had circumstances where they’ve left the chicken off my salad (which is crazy), I’ve had a situation where I’ve asked for extra cheese on the sandwich and they’ll put a piece of cheese in a container, in the bag. In the mornings, I feel like they’ve been giving out tater tots that are just sitting there because they’re barely warm by the time you get your meal and what really upset me recently is that I ordered ice cream in a cup and I assume they prepared it while I waited in a super long drive thru line so when I got to the window, they handed me ice cream that was almost completely melted. That’s just unacceptable. I feel like the employees just aren’t paying attention and they’re definitely not listening. Just slow down and PAY ATTENTION and LISTEN. What prompted me to write this review is the fact that my order this week was wrong. I ordered an egg white grill and they put regular eggs on it rather than the egg whites that it’s supposed to have. At this point, it’s really feeling like I’m visiting a McDonalds instead of a Chick-Fil-A. Service and quality has gotten that bad. I’m not sure if management is just desperate and short staffed and as a result, they’re hiring tons of people who are inexperienced or just don’t listen or maybe just don’t want to be there. Whatever the reason, I’m praying that it gets better and that they get back to normal because this is truly unacceptable. Read moreI went to the drive-thru at 8:30 last night - Wednesday 6-7-2023. As I was driving out of the Target parking lot, I reached in the bag to try a couple of waffle fries - lukewarm at best, and no salt at all - tasteless. I decided I would warm and salt them at home, and continued the 20-minute drive to my house. This location is not convenient to me - There is not a location near me. It is only convenient sometimes on the way home. When I got inside, there was no honey mustard dip in the bag. I remember the girl taking my order asking me how many I wanted, and I replied "a couple." I looked at the receipt in the bag, and it showed three - I guess some people don't know that "a couple" means two. But that is okay - I would have been happy with ONE dipping sauce. I didn't call the restaurant, because the last time something like this occurred at this location, the manager's response was to have me drive back to the restaurant. Really? Your response to customer service is to inconvenience the customer even further? Then today I decided to do their online survey, which I usually do not do because the last time I did one, they never sent me the coupon for a free sandwich - I even joked on social media that I was waiting for the sandwich to show up in my mailbox - Maybe the postal carrier ate it..... Anyway, I tried to do the survey three times, but the second page never loaded. At first I thought it might be my internet connection, but I checked the speed - 51 Mbps. And every other website was loading - Yahoo, Google, Facebook, Ebay, etc. I guess they don't want to hear from their customers because - THEY SUCK!!! Read moreThis location doesn't have the heart or "DNA" of Chick-fil-A. Last visit we received 3 tenders instead of 8 piece nugget, called them and was placed in their system for a raincheck. On that day customer service was great. I came yesterday about 7p.m. through the drive-through to pick up that 8 piece nugget while also ordering food for my two little ones. Which was a 6 piece kids meal with fries, and a small fruit cup for my other child. The 30 minute wait wasn't the problem. It was the woman with long blonde hair at the window which caught me off guard! I was handed someone else's order. Politely stated I am sorry but this isn't my order. The young lady proceeds to tell me TWICE that it is. I laughed and said I know what I ordered and handed her my receipt. She DIDN'T apologize nor did a manager excuse her employee's rude actions or lack of professionalism. A young man that just started working there apologized on behalf of the team. His job was to stand OUTSIDE the window. He played no part in that mistake but took the blame.
Just when I assumed I was in the clear I told them I was missing the small fry for the kid's meal. I was told I ordered a small fruit cup to replace the fry. On my receipt I was charged almost $3 for the separate fruit cup. Once again I had to guide them to my receipt. Now the manager Maria has an attitude because she thinks I am trying to get a freebie. If they just paid attention to the order there would be no discrepancies.
Drive to Austell Rd location or South Cobb drive. Same food and quality, except they understand the importance of customer service. Very disappointed with this location! They were closed for renovations for quite sometime but during that time didn't...
