Country Pride — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

My boyfriend and i went to this restaurant yesterday just for me to get sick 4 times before we even got home (which was only and hour away). i got food poising and i never in my life have had it this terrible. i will not be eating there again. i’ve tried calling the restaurant 3 times already to try and tell them what’s happened so nobody else has to deal with it and even left a voicemail and got no response. I am NOT happy. the service was good, the waitress was nice. the food was terrible. i didn’t even eat all of it, i literally had 3-4 bites and couldn’t continue cause my stomach already...

It has been brought to my attention, that the Country Pride has been shut down for a while now??? Why has it been shut down? Lack of employees? Service related issues? Remodel??? What's happened? I would like to know asap. If it's an employee thing, I would LOVE to have an opportunity to absolutely run and operate that side of the TA business!!! I'm a local resident and I can put the Great Gordon Ramsay to shame. Call me Zacha Dean, eggs and steak, and steak and eggs(with hash browns), thaaaaats breakfast!

The waitress was kind and friendly. She deserves 5 stars. Food was terrible though. The French toast was cold, gravey was very cold and the grilled chicken was cold and rubbery. Water dripping from the chicken. Definitely frozen. Everything tasted as if it was microwaved. Waste of time and money. At least the waitress took the grilled chicken...
