Dave & Buster's Las Vegas - Summerlin — Restaurant in Summerlin South

Service was the polar opposite of phenomenal. Hate leaving bad reviews but how will they get better if they're not called out one of those experiences in the future. This is basically two different visits rolled into both visits we took my father with my two young daughters there get him out of the house and raise the spirits. Fathers in a wheelchair good thing going for at the moment was it was the wheelchair accessible for the most part. But the service was just non-existent it took them over an hour and 20 minutes in a empty restaurant to bring us food it didn't come out at once it came in multiple different orders also came out cold by Tommy got everything the kids were done eating since they first came out first they forgot food they ordered the wrong food and it wasn't even like a subtle wrong accident it was like stuff that made no sense no refills multiple people walked past us as I tried to flag them down they were so embarrassed of how bad the service they were giving and screw-ups word that they did not want to come back over here and find out that there was more screw-ups. They turned something so simple into a huge pain in the butt. They attempted to charges for stuff that was unedible and was left on the table because we could not eat it they as well tempted charges for the stuff that we didn't even order pl as well as sent back the only person I was trying was our server but to be honest the there's only so many mistakes your server could even make before you start to just say enough is enough and about every 15 minutes 20 minutes she would come over and say oh your food is going to be out and about 2 minutes and then when we would say it's still not here she would be shocked every time that no one brought it when they did bring it it was completely incorrect. the only reason we stayed and waited was because we really thought how much longer could it be as well as we were still planning on playing at the arcade because it was supposed to be special time to get the father out of the house to play at the granddaughters since he's limited to so many things being in a wheelchair. This was the second time the first time service didn't even come over to the table ingredients in that get our drinks for over 35 minutes and that one just took so long we said screw it and we decided to just go play some games before it got too late for the kids.

Part was the manager would literally walked past us and I would say excuse me and she was playing dumb acting like she didn't hear us or see us waving her down but it's pretty hard to miss a table with five people kids included all waving their hands sort of jokingly saying hey hello cheap potato look at her phone this happened multiple times. My plus side the drinks were ordered correctly so if you ever do want to get like nice soda this is a great place anything other than thatI'd be careful also both times it was not busy there was really no excuse being in the service industry myself we started our part and left a tip because families got to eat unfortunately ours just didn't get to eat...

The food was AMAZING! But, they have 3 eating areas one of which is the bar area. I get off at 11pm. Home by 1130. There by around 1230. Since the place closes at 2am, 2 out of 3 of the areas they have closed. It was packed so all of the booths were gone. There were only a few tall tables left and every table we saw open was dirty. We ended up sitting at a dirty table. For the record im not a fan of the tall tables at all. Not really cozy and comfy but we worked with what they had as they wouldnt allow us to use a booth in the other area. Once we sat down we waited a few minutes then ended up having to flag down a waitress for a menu. We waited around another few minutes and someone came and cleared 2 dirty plates from the table, but left the other two with stuff still on them? I guess she thought they were our dirty plates and still wanted them? To be honest I dont know why. After asking for the menu, for the next 10-15 minutes no one spoke to us. We even flagged down someone who said theyd get our waitress and we still didn't get served! We didn't even get our drink order taken. Eventually after that, we gave up on food and just went to get a gaming card. We explained to them we wanted to play first and maybe order to go as we couldn't get a waitress. The manager took care of us and made sure we got our food before we left. The 3 stars are all for gaming. The games were super fun. The photo studio was great! Even the employees on the floor talked to us while we were gaming and made sure all the games were working and we were happy! The prize section was okay. The giant pikachu looks like a goal to get! But I think they should have more large hello kitty options rather than all clowns :p All in all if we could have had a decent table and a waitress this place would be well...

I came here for a meetup event and the last two experiences were so-so. This review is about the restaurant not so much the arcade. The service here has been mediocre at best and really slow here the last two visits I went.

The visit previously I ordered a grape slush that was supposed to come with gummy worms and even says so on the menu. When I received the drink it came with no gummy worms. We had to hunt down a server to ask for them and told us they were out of stock. They did offer me a substitute but to try to charge us full price for the drink and sneak it like we wouldn't know is bad service. This should have been told to me that they were out of stock before bringing the drink out. Our server was overwhelmed because they were short on staff.

The last visit they refused to split our orders for our meetup group until they agreed to do so because they no longer do that like they used to. I felt bad for a server because he was taking care of a lot of tables including ours. I think Dave & Busters needs to hire more as they seem low on servers. The dinner overall was pricey and got charged 2x for Monkey Punch even though the server asked if I wanted a refill but it said nowhere the price of the drink or that it would cost extra for a refill. We were rushed out after our server took our bills before getting the opportunity to ask for a box.

Overall, the food was okay and the Monkey Punch was so good but the service wasn't up to par. The bill came out to $39.60 total for the drink and tenders+tax & tip which was a bit heavy for what you were receiving for food and service. I might give the restaurant another chance but for now I won't recommend the restaurant part. I only recommend coming to the bar having a drink or two and...
