I will NEVER go back to this location. When you go inside to order they have a sign that clearly states they won’t take your order if you’re talking on your cell phone. When I got to the register the CASHIER was on her phone. I politely waited for her to get off her phone before I told her my order. I REPEATED my order TWICE. When I got to the counter & saw them putting Mustard on my sub (which I’m allergic to & clearly DIDN’T ask for) I asked them politely to remake my sub. HOWEVER the employee wrapped my sub in a sub paper that clearly had MUSTARD all over it. So I had mustard all on the top of my sub. When I called to speak with a manager, an employee told me the manager was “a white lady named Amy” and they could take a message which of course I NEVER got a call back. Let me start by saying, I like this Sub Station, I've patronized the business for years. The workers and the owners are friendly and down to earth, sufficient and gets the orders out quickly. All of that is good! I've always order the #19 and the last two times I've ordered it, it did not taste the same. The Meat Taste of a Lower Quality. It is not what I have been use to at this establishment. #19 now taste like their competitors (not calling their name). At least they are much cheaper for that quality of meat. Sub Station was always a step above the average for me. I have given this two tries and that's enough for me to say , "I don't like the change and I want be ordering the #19 my favorite any more at least not at this location." My last Plea! I just came for lunch the older white guy took my order, explained that I was allergic to tomatoes. The young lady black young lady made my food and Correct sloppy and I asked from the beginning could be cut in half with a clean night. She caught a whole attitude, soaked her teeth at that moment I just said forget it let me get the food manager came and ask for a plastic knife to cut my sandwich.
