OP - Ocean Providence Las Vegas — Restaurant in Paradise

If you’re looking for high-quality seafood in Las Vegas, Ocean Providence is a solid choice, especially if you’re into sushi-grade fish and Japanese ingredients. I recently checked them out, and here’s my experience.

First off, their selection is impressive. They carry everything from fresh sashimi-grade tuna and salmon to more specialty items like black cod collars and even caviar. If you’re into Japanese cuisine, they also stock essential ingredients like miso, seaweed, and specialty sauces. It’s definitely more of a wholesale-style place rather than a traditional seafood market, but the quality is top-notch.

The customer service was great—friendly and efficient. Ordering was easy, and pickup was smooth. However, I did notice some inconsistency in product prep. One time, the salmon fillet I got had a larger-than-expected bony section, which was a bit of a letdown considering the price. That said, everything else I’ve tried has been incredibly fresh and well-handled.
