I went for New Years Eve, the place was very disorganized and under staffed. There wasn’t too many patrons for 15K+ SQF place. Waited in line with about 50 people (outside in the cold), and we all waited more than an hour to get in as only three people check us in. Keep in mind. This was the line for the people that already purchased tickets in advance online! Great way to treat their pre-sale ticket holders. Then they had to write down the number and verify the ticket like not even using QR code for fast entry! Security lets females in wearing big coats without a security check, but not men? Strange?
The new year eve promotion included open bar from 9 pm to midnight. But it took nearly 2 hours since arrival to get a drink with only two bartenders on the terrace. Some open bar? Maybe just a desperate way to collect your cash to limit drinks!? Plus the promotion promised champagne, and they barely had enough champagne to give out! Keep in mind the terrace maybe can hold like 800- 900 people and there was maybe 250-300 people max!
There was about four managers it appeared with walkie-talkie earpieces walking around doing nothing looking confused. No bar back or Buser, drinks piled up around the venue and falling off the shelves and ledges. They were playing house music and it was just OK.
Downstairs there was maybe a total of five girls dancing for this huge place! I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t last through 2025. Service is just very slow and they are not prepared for a holiday like NYE. BEWARE! Save your money for another place in vegas for a...
Read moreDon't bother, would give zero stars. The Google Maps had great reviews. So decided to visit on a Tuesday when they have live Jazz. Clicking on the WEB site has the complete information on times and cover charges. Tells you to use the private elevator entrance. Elevators not working, go inside main entrance and asked about the rooftop club and the doorman seemed to have no idea what we were asking. A quick call on his radio and then said it's been closed for months. As we turned to walk away we thought it strange that they did not try to steer us to one of the other...
Read moreExpensive to get in but cover includes 2 drinks. VIP three drinks and two dances. And believe me when I say that is the cheapest way to to. $16 for ONE BEER! The ladies were so nice and not very pushy, but don't make eye contact with the ones you aren't interested in. There were a few dancers that lacked stage presence, badly. I could a shacked it better than some. I liked the fact there was a store next to it. For my inner stripper! Not badly...
