My review is mixed. It's great to see a business take pride in their food and actually deliver something tasty and healthy in a place like Las Vegas. The Ahi Tuna was seared beautifully and the selection of hot sauces was pretty top notch in the level of heat and taste.

My only gripe would be that the staff should be aware of what's in the food. We all make mistakes, but here's what happened. I had asked if my meal included dairy. The cashier checked and told me yes, in the coleslaw, so she put a note to remove it. Great. When the meal arrived, I realized quickly that the toast making the sandwich had been buttered on the outer sides. I went to the food bar and asked, and the nice guy there confirmed it was butter. I asked if I could just get replacement toast with no butter because of my dairy issue. He quickly came to my table and insisted to remake the whole sandwich. I didn't want to waste the sandwich or for them to go through the trouble, but the service was really great about it. The sandwich was quickly remade, but this time, it came with the coleslaw.

Being short on time and not being the type to cause a fuss, I just ate the tuna and potatoes, this time having to leave the bread again and the coleslaw as it touched almost everything in the sandwich.

So, the food and service were great, but I'd suggest the staff be more aware of what is in the food - if someone asks about dairy, check about dairy in the whole sandwich please. And if you're remaking a sandwich in the kitchen without butter, there's probably a need to check if that customer has a dairy issue.

They deserve 4 or 5 stars for sure, but because lunch for 2 came to $40 USD, plus tip in advance, I can't say I walked out happy, unfortunately. You won't regret the taste if you're out there for healthy, great taste, but just be clear if you have any...

Update- Still love this place. I'm back after 5 years! I was so looking forward to it. Ok slightly disappointed that the menu is smaller. I had 2 visits planned. 1 for lunch/dinner and 1 for breakfast. Well unfortunately the snake eyes breakfast item is no longer 😕 so it was 2 lunch/dinner. They still have fresh made cookies. Don't miss getting 1. i like the chocolate chunk and the salted Carmel.

What an amazing place! I always go away 'Happy' this is a place that me and the wife can go to eat and as she usually feels healthy, she can find something to eat. There menu consist of 2 sides, a healthy side (if you are serious about what you eat, this is the really healthy deal) and a happy side (like a heart attack waiting to happen with a smile). I come to Las Vegas 1 time a year. After leaving, I'm looking forward to next year. They do a spin on what you would normally see on a menu. It's not just french fries, but FF with truffle oil. It's not a biscuit gravy, but ad a filet mignon battered and eggs of your choice. Or flat bread with amazing chicken, feta cheese and veggies and Balsamic vinegar drizzled over it. If you are full, go ahead and get a cookie for the road. We didn't eat it until much later, but so glad I grabbed them. The cookies are, like the rest of the food, made from scratch, not from a box. I can recommend the salted caramel and my wife loved the chocolate chunk. When we drove up, I thought the GPS led us wrong, but no.. It's in an industrial park. Me and my girlfriend just arrived in Las Vegas Monday morning and now it is Tuesday this review is late but this is going to be nothing but positive vibes if you ever seen the anime show called restaurant to another world that's what skinny fats truly felt like I was amazed how the atmosphere felt everyone is friendly and smiles the Frozen punch in the lemonade is not your typical ordinary drinks clearly it was made from the heart but what truly took the real show was the food the buffalo chicken wrap spicy but satisfaction each bite the curry it's like my taste buds went through the roof the beef rib was so tender it literally dissolves in your mouth and the flavor of the curry rice I just couldn't get enough my girlfriend had the burger and fries with the egg and peppers on it it was just nothing but joy in her eyes and the fact that you can get unlimited soda pop which is very different I had the ginger ale and I can literally Chase Ginger way better than Canada Dry the employees are golden 100% friendly 100% nice the restaurant I love it so much I can't wait to come back to Vegas next year to experience more of your delicious food it really saddens me that when I return to Maryland that I will not have skinny fats but mark my word I will return skinnyfats you're an amazing restaurant your employees are wonderful the food is unimaginable tasty your beverage leaves nothing satisfaction me and my lovely girlfriend cannot wait to come back for more and hopefully our family would enjoy the same experience that we had thanks you so much for...
