We visited this iconic Las Vegas attraction on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. I booked the reservation prior to for the Allegiant Stadium tour at 2:20 PM. Upon arrival, we entered through the North security gate without issue. There was plenty of signage to show us where to go for the tour. Once we reached the front desk, we were able to check in for our tour. We were given access lanyards, which we were told we could keep as souvenirs. I was able to use the restroom before we started and it was pretty clean. Once the tour began, our tour guide Julie and her coworker guided us through the entire tour. The tour guide reiterated to us that we could take photos everywhere. We couldn’t take any videos or touch things in certain areas. We started at the Al Davis Memorial Torch that runs all the way through the middle of the stadium. We learned about his legacy and impact on the Raiders team as an organization. We were also able to see the Raiders Hall of Fame, which had notable Raiders figures such as: John Madden, Mark Haynes, Howie Long, Jerry Rice, Warren Sapp, Randy Moss, and Tom Flores. Between each stop, we were able to hear recordings and see videos of fun Raiders facts. We were able to get club access to various suites as well. The stadium itself was very modern, clean, and gorgeous. On one of our stops, we accessed the broadcast booth area. We also heard a heartfelt recording from retired former broadcaster Brent Musburger. Throughout the behind-the-scenes of the stadium, there are a lot of beautiful murals and artwork paying homage to the Raiders. My favorite part of the tour was when we went to the opulent Owner Suite. We also were able to hear a video of the owner discussing the Raiders legacy. Another interesting fact we learned is the Raiders actually have real grass in the stadium that they install. We were able to see a video about the arduous and intense process. We even learned the most important Raiders slogan the original owner coined, “Just win baby”. One of my other favorite areas was the Raiderettes area. We were able to go into their mini museum, where we saw the transformation of the cheer uniforms over time. We were also able to see many photos of past Raiderettes, who are cemented in the history of this famous squad. We were also able to go through and see their sprawling dressing room. We were able to watch a video of the Raiderettes discussing what a privilege and honor it is to be a cheerleader. We were able to also see the Super Bowl trophies for the three Super Bowls the Raiders have won. Also we viewed framed tickets from each event. We also went to the Raiders locker room which was amazing and unique. We were able to see Derek Carr’s locker. We were able to see the training room, which was comprised of very specific areas for players that needed certain treatments. They even had a whole ice bathroom for players and all types of supplements, protein additives, and other beverages. They even had a practice squad locker room inside of this area. One of our stops allowed us to go as close to the field as possible, since they were preparing for a concert on the actual field. The most unique thing about the stadium is the Wynn Night Club they have inside, which features various celebrities who perform on game days. We had Drink and a View at the end. We were able to go upstairs and order either a drink or a concession item of our choice with a ticket chip. We decided to order two alcoholic beverages with our chips. We ordered the pineapple juice with Bacardi spiced rum and the pineapple juice with regular Bacardi. The drinks were not too strong and were pretty balanced, so we were able to finish them without issue. After we left this area, we were able to go downstairs to the sprawling outlet sized Raiders gift shop. It has every different type of Raiders paraphernalia item you can imagine. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone in Las Vegas. I feel it was a great experience! All the employees were professional. The stadium itself is the most amazing stadium I’ve...
Read moreThe stadium itself is beautiful, The reason for my unsavory review is for the staff itself and the lack of accommodation available. I have been to this stadium twice for 2 concerts, Garth Brooks and Bts. I have fibromyalgia so it is already hard to get around. The 2nd time I went to the stadium I was suffering from shortness of breath and from learning how difficult things were my 1st trip I tried to call ahead for handicapped preparation. I called a week or 2 in advanced and I thought I was set.. no, no I was not. I will try to give details because IF YOU SUFFER FROM PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS OR DISABILITIES THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! We parked in a stadium lot and took a shuttle to the stadium. it drops you off across the street. CARTS ONLY PICK YOU UP ON PREMISES.
When I'd called for preparations I informed the lady that I could not endure walking around and I would need a scooter for the duration of the event. She said that was fine as long as I got there early. I WAS NOT TOLD HOW TO GET HANDICAPPED SEATING. I recommend you call and ask before you buy your tickets. Whenever I looked when buying BTS tickets they weren't being sold, but later they were so im not sure how that worked. Since I was told to come early I arrived at 12, I was told I wouldn't be able to get a cart until the official opening of the event gates (4:30 pm...) AND I could only use it INSIDE the venue. IF YOU NEED A WHEELCHAIR OR SCOOTER BORROW OR RENT ONE ELSEWHERE. There were NO HANDICAPPED LINES OR EXPRESS LINES OF ANY KIND FOR THE EVENTS ALSO NO SEATING AREAS. The people riding around in the carts are helpful when they can be.
3.NO MATTER WHAT THERE IS A LOT OF STANDING AND WALKING. After you get in the gates, for wheelchairs you must get there early and WAIT IN ANOTHER LINE. If you have a big party YOU WILL BE SPLIT UP. I was with 3 people, only one could come with me is what I was told, so we didn't see our friends until an hr or 2 later who had to wait again in another line.
WALKING TO THE ACESS FOR A WHEELCHAIR IS STILL A LONG WALK THERE ARE NO SEATS OR CHAIRS NEAR THE ENTRANCE.
5.WAITING FOR THE CHAIR TOOK 30-40 MINS. It was worth it still. The walk to our seats would have been completely undoable for me. YOU CANNOT KEEP THE CHAIR NEARBY. If you have to use the restroom or go to concessions you either have to ask (rather.. have someone with you to find someone to request another chair for you and who knows how long that would take... or do like I did and endure it. Luckily my section was only a few minutes away from the restroom.) When I attended Garth afterwards I asked for a wheelchair at least 5 times. Attendants would "go request" one and never returned. After waiting an hour, we gave up and I very slowly made my way down the escalators and ramps. After the show for BTS I needed the wheelchair again, which was another 30 minute wait. I forgot to mention also, before we exited our shuttle we asked him where we would be picked up. He told us to ask someone at the stadium. We asked several people before someone was able to tell us where to go. The staff was OFTEN clueless. This was also a problem at Garth. When we were told our pick up location they told us it was a 20-30 min walk from the stadium exit. THE UBER PICK UP IS ALSO FAR AWAY. They had to call a cart especially for us ( another 15-20 minute wait) and make sure this driver even knew where our drop off was. He drove us for like 5-7 mins and to our dismay we found out THERE ARE AREAS WHERE CARTS CANNOT GO WHICH MEANS MORE WALKING. I thoroughly enjoyed the concert, the feeling of being in the stadium like that and the effects and such is other worldly which is why this review is 2 stars however the guest experience was horrible. I ended up really sick afterwards so I'll end with saying: THE STADIUM IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART IF YOU ARE PHYSICALLY SICK OR SUFFER FROM PAIN. I honestly would only THINK of attempting this again if I had my own wheelchair and I got BTS floor tickets! I hope that this helps...

I’ve worked in Guest Service for nearly 47 years and I’ve never seen such a dismissal of care, I witnessed so many people standing that should’ve already been through the entrance. The location designated for disabled was not open for entry many had been waiting since 1:30pm and it was approaching 3pm. I arrived at 2pm and didn’t get in the building until well into the end of first quarter. There was one employee I approached wearing blue in a corner right of entrance. She dismissed Me when I advised several people were in distress. Stated it was not her job and I should approach a manager to the left. It was indeed disturbing, my sister in law could no longer stand and needed wheelchair assistance had she been addressed sooner she wouldn’t have been in distress now a wheelchair. Several family members were literally begging for wheel chairs for their loved ones. It was horrible, I came for enjoyment and had tears in my eyes watching how the elderly and disabled were treated.
No one was walking on the side of the customer to observe all the distress. Went to a second person and was told there was an issue with the scanner in the location of all at the disabled entry. But never advised that this group required relocation just allowed them to stand and wait. So I told them what I was told by staff.
Those needing assistance from waiting sooooo long now needed wheelchairs of which were unavailable for the now increased need for the attendees.
It was clear that the local sponsors didn’t research the need to insure everyone was safe. I was told they needed to call people into work to assist and they should’ve already been here. Even Metro wasn’t looking for the distressed. It was clear to all the staff was overwhelmed.
The ONLY Person that showed due care was a young lady named GG Pictured she gets it and does it. I didn’t see the preparation I’ve seen at other ALLEGIANT events I rate it as poor. As an after action plan ask your staff.
It was very clear you didn’t care about the people, you didn’t prepare. Over and over again the staff says “they were not expecting all this”. They didn’t recognize the loyalty to the HBCU many traveled from the south to support and across the country to attend. These guest were also stating that they’ve never experienced such stress in Mississippi, Louisiana or any of the states traveled to support HBCU’s.
If the event returns it would be nice if it was organized, prepared, staff trained, equipment available and knowledgeable of the importance of the event to your ticket holders.
It was perfect weather for such an event, but over shadowed by frustrations and the visual of watching people suffer.
When you enter the Allegiant Stadium you should fell safe the moment you step on the property.
