Imagine having every possible negative experience traveling - delayed on the tarmac for an hour, running across the airport (TWICE) and getting paged overhead for being late, bad weather, stuck at the security gate, etc etc. Surprisingly on-time, we were walking by (starving and sleep deprived) and asked how long it generally takes to get food because our flight left in 45 minutes. Without any hesitation, the lady told us to get comfortable and she would make sure we got what we needed and still make our flight. ANGELS, I tell you. She had no idea what we had been through, but she treated us so well. The establishment was CLEAN and the food was so good. The service was just top-notch. This team communicated well and had such great teamwork. And we made our flight with time to spare! Thank you for being a light in our time of need - your kindness did not go unnoticed!

I had outside food I brought in when sitting down. My plan was to order an adult beverage with my meal. I was rudely approached by a waitress and in a loud, demeaning tone in front of all the patrons and asked “are you going to order something!!” I was so shocked that I had been addressed in such a rude manner I said no. She then replied I would have to leave. I am an elderly person and to have been treated so rudely, without cause, by a 20-something, who seemed to enjoy her stunt, was appalling. There was no way I was going to purchase something after being treated like I was trespassing. I am afraid you have lost a loyal customer due lack of training and courtesy to customers. Managers should be aware customers can be driven away by rudeness. All to common these days and businesses will figure it out eventually. 11FEB24. 12:30. Atlanta Airport.

Pros: Sweetwater beers, including several IPAs (dank, hazy, fruited, etc.); decent prices by airport standards; hearty chicken soup was more like a chowder; to-go counter helps. Cons: Really small taproom, which has lost the 420 vibe; pushy/up-selling staff; slow service; most options are overly salty. Better leave at least an hour before boarding...

The service was really good (even though most tables and bar were full) but the food was average at best. When we came up to the entrance we were greeted right away and they said we could choose any table. Our waitress came to the table immediately and got our drinks within minutes. We needed a minute to order and she came back to check on us at exactly the right time. With regards to food we got the breakfast burrito and the eggs. The breakfast burrito was supposed to have potatoes in it and it had like 4 tiny pieces and the overall burrito was not homogenously made (all 4 potatoes in one spot of the burrito). The eggs were prepared in a way that they were fluffy/moist but tasted like cheap egg beaters. I would recommend stopping in here for a beer but the food leaves much...
