7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Conway

I could say a million wonderful things about this place, their products, and ALL of the amazing people who work there. I noticed ol’ Casey Turbeville’s 1-star review here, though, and I believe I’d like to add my own 2 cents to this account. As it turns out, my husband and I happened to be at 7 Brew just as this incident occurred, and the “lazy” young lady he is referring to was in tears over the interaction. When you’ve made someone cry trying their danged best to service you, you’re doing something wrong. If you go to a DRIVE-THRU coffee shop in a vehicle you admit yourself cannot drive-thru, and the business provides a walk-up window for customers for this very purpose, but you believe you’re too good or too important to use it, you’re the problem. You expect these employees — who are out there when it is windy, rainy, snowy, 100 degrees, or 0 degrees — to specifically walk away from the functionality of their business to cater to your own specific demands? And they’re the lazy ones? Like, the audacity is real. Because let me tell you, Casey got his coffee, and I’ll guarantee you he loved every last drop of it. (Also, does anyone else hate when a 1-star reviewer starts out with “I’ve gone there all the time, and it’s been great, but …” Okay, where was the review when things were perfect? You only show up when the world doesn’t go your way, and the stars don’t align one time?) I wouldn’t call a single person who works at this 7 Brew lazy. The post office has nothing on them. It can be ‘hellfire and brimstone’ outside OR ‘hell just froze over,’ and those kids are STILL putting a smile on their face to kindly hand you a delicious cup of coffee. We go there personally every single day, our teenagers love the place, Fancy and Jolene (our Aussies) love the place (they recommend the pup cup), and hey, you get back what you put into the...

First, I want to point out that the Conway 7 Brew on Skyline. is so lazy with their products and the workers do not listen when taking orders.

2nd, I want to point out that I have never had this issue at the 7 Brew location in Maumelle. I guess this is the difference between the Maumelle location being a Franchise and the Conway locations being Corporate.

So, I first got introduced to 7 Brew by my daughter. She got me a Pomegranate Arnold Palmer Green Tea. It was delicious and this was from one of the locations in Conway. When I moved to the Maumelle location, I upgraded my drink to a Blackberry Pomegranate (Holiday Punch) Arnold Palmer Green Tea. This is pretty much the only drink I ever get. I never had any issues with flavor at the Maumelle location.

When I moved back to Conway, unless I tell them to make sure the flavoring and ratios are correct, my drinks always taste watered down. I don’t know how this happens, but it does. I have to tell them everytime and it’s annoying. That’s like me going to a sushi place and telling them how to make their sushi correctly so it taste the same every time.

My wife also has an issue with the Skyline 7 Brew in Conway. She always gets a Beyoncé (No Chocolate Drizzle, but with Sweet Foam). She has to remind them every single time to push the sweet foam on it. None of the other 7 Brew locations forget directions like that.

I just don’t understand the laziness and lack of effort by this crew at the Skyline location in Conway. In a lack of better words, the suck. Not to mention, when you correct them on the order or point out anything wrong with the order, they look at you like “what do you want me to do about it”.

My suggestion to you all, if you want consistency and great customer service, go to the 7Brew in Maumelle or 7 Brew on Dave...

They can never ever ever get flavored drinks right. Several times I have ordered Sugar free drinks, and they were not sugar free. I would also always add cold foam on top and they would always forget it. Multiple times before they handed it to me in the window I said I ordered the cold foam and they take it back. It’s the little things that’s I’m wasting my breath on when ordering because they never seems to get it right. I always start off by saying sugar free and one guy once said Oh yeah I’m clicking that now after several times of me mentioning it AND speaking for a few minutes of me verbally breaking it down for him. I have given this location chance after chance after chance and it seems Maumelle location gets things right even though it’s way out of my way. Both Conway locations have been terrible when it comes to the flavor of the drinks and not seeming to know how to correct something when someone doesn’t want to add ice. Why should it be watered down or bitter. How hard is it to get a blackberry pomegranate Arnold Palmer green tea to taste? It always taste bitter or super watered down at these location AND can we talk about how loud they blast the music to where you can’t even hear yourself speak when ordering at the pull up window. It’s crazy. I even had to say something about it today. She attempted to turn it down bc her herself seemed to not be able to hear me. Overall after about 40 visits and 20 of those are chances to get things right.. and they continue to fail. Sorry I like a certain drink and that’s all I want on the menu. It’s still shouldn’t...
