Listen. I do my best to never write negative reviews. But when you’re paying for a service where you expect the techs to be experienced and licensed, and you don’t get that… you need to write a review.

My SIL and I went in for pedicures the other day. We each had our own techs. I got “lucky” and got a tech who was, alright. My SIL on the other hand got a tech who either does not have his license, or has never done a pedicure before. My SIL was nervously staring at me while her toes began to get completely wrecked. He filled the basin with ice cold water. He didn’t know how to get previous polish off her nails. He grabbed tools and began to cut her nail beds. The tech who was doing my pedicure had to consistently try to give instruction to the tech working on my SIL. At this point, I told her to immediately drop her pedicure. She did, and attempted to call who seemed like the manager over. Our pedicure techs and the other woman all did not speak any English, and therefore we couldn’t properly explain how uncomfortable we were with the direction of the pedicure, and the lack of safety/cleanliness of what was being done.

My SIL walked out with damaged toenail beds, while I stayed to complete my pedicure since my tech was okay.

We immediately went to a different salon and had a completely different — and reassuring experience.

I don’t like to mess with anyone’s money, but improperly done pedicures can cause serious infection, resulting in loss of toenails or more.

A basic pedicure is also $35, and if you want gel it’s an extra $20, so. You’d think for the cost you would be getting a professional experience.

Would stay clear of this place unless you personally know one of the techs...

Today I went in and when I say lovely customer service. I can not stress it enough great, clean and friendly atmosphere. Wonderful pedicure as well as perfect Nail shape. Esha was my nail tech and she took her time perfectly shaped my nails very patient and gentle. I love my nail service that I received today. Please give them a chance.
