The only reason why I am giving this a one star is because I just got a coffee today and I don't know what's wrong with it.
But it tastes really, really bad and it's the same drink I've been getting literally for years, which is a medium cinnamon roll with no ice.
I don't know what happened to this drink today but I think something that got poured into it is spoiled, because there's literally chunks of something in my drink.
I will probably just start going to the other location I normally go to because now, i'm probably going to have stomach issues today.
So this particular location, you might want to check your inventory, Because I think the milk you used today is spoiled.
But in all the time I've been getting coffee from you, this is the first issue I've had in years.
This will not make me stop going to your company, I just don't think I'll go to this location...
   Read moreI love 7 Brew and go all the time. However, tonight I was wanting a late nite drink and saw that I should get to the Oak St location a minute or two before closing. When I pulled into the drive the open sign was on and my phone said 959 (1 min to spare). The two closers saw me pull up a park at the door then waited for 10 to hit before opening the door and telling “sorry we are closed”. Because of this, that is why I love going to the stand on Skyline (Walmart parking lot). The workers at that location are awesome and have gotten me drinks while I am the last person in the line right at 10.
Customer service is why I will pass the Oak St stand and go to the Skyline stand...
   Read moreOak street location. Usually I like 7 Brew but when my friend asked for a latte with oat milk to replace normal milk they didn't do so. The request was repeated several times and it was stated it was due to an allergy to milk. The girl did not listen. My friend is now in pain and feels horrible.
