Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Conway

We have been coming to this Chipotle since it opened and never had an experience like this! They are dirty! The counter is dirty! The floors are dirty! The bathroom is dirty! They literally stopped in the middle of making our bowl to take bets on what the next customer was gonna order and fuss about how they weren't getting paid like they should! I told them I have allergies and they gave me guac with cheese in it! We had to wait for large chips to be made and, when I went back up to see if they were ready, the girl handed me a small bag that had been sitting there for a while (they were hard) and then said they were large chips in a small bag !!! It was bs! She literally lied to me to excuse me!! So I handed them back and said I wanted my large bag. They took another 10 or so minutes to get us a bag. That happened because one of them noticed we had already eaten and got up to wait on the chips before we left. While they were making bags for others who ordered way after we had already finished our food. Then the girl at the front DIDN'T CHANGE HER GLOVES AFTER DEALING WITH MONEY AND MADE OUR BAG OF CHIPS! We travel all over and Chipotle is our Go-to! I started going when it was hole in the wall in Denver !!!! This was the WORST excuse of a crew that we have ever experienced!! You Can't blame it on just being college kids because there have been college kids working at this one for years and we've NEVER experienced service like this ! Note: I reported this to your corporate headquarters and I filed a complaint with the state health department to inspect this location. You're lucky I only slipped on the wet floor and didn't fall.

I walked into the Chipotle location 915 E Oak St, Conway, AR 72032 on 8-6-2024 and failed to look around the restaurant before ordering. I ordered a chicken bowl, small guacamole and chips to go and as it was being put together I realized that the restaurant was absolutely filthy. There was trash all over the floor and lots of trash around the trash cans. There was a previously full, spilled drink in front of the condiment area that made the floor dangerous to walk through. Many of the tables were filthy and sticky even though there was only one person eating at the tables. The kitchen area was filthy and food was everywhere all over the counters. The floor was filthy and I could see dirt and food everywhere. It was BY FAR, the nastiest, dirtiest restaurant I've been to in years. YUK!

Unfortunately for me I had already ordered by the time I really looked around at the dirty restaurant. I took my order home and thought I would try the chips. They tasted old and bitter and had the texture of greasy leather. I opened the guacamole but it has lots of black old avocado in it so both went into the trash. I tried one bite of the chicken bowl and through it into the trash too. The chicken tasted weird and old. I am sure hoping I don't get food poisoning from that bite.

Just went in here on Monday with my husband. As we were getting served One of the girls yelled at her coworker that she didn’t know how to use the cash register so she made her switch her. She didn’t switch her gloves after touching the cash register (I should have requested her to change her gloves but she made it obvious she was having a bad day and had a bad attitude) She serves me throwing my food together poorly. As she serves my husband she started dropping the food and poorly put his bowl together. Sour cream and salsa was falling off and going everywhere (now I’m pissed because her attitude and his bowl is a total mess) I nicely asked her to give him a new lid because she dropped salsa and sour cream all over. And I’m just standing there watching her use those dirty gloves to clean it all up. When I asked her to give us a new lid she raised her voice at me and said WHY!? I told her why and she yelled at me and said “what!” “What are you talking about”. Now it’s obvious and draws attention to us. I go in there often but if I see her I will walk out. She’s young and obviously has a lot of growing up to do and learn to use the cash register. If you wouldn’t eat it like that probably shouldn’t expect your customers to eat it.
