The employees could not make change if the register didn't tell them how much. Every employee that waited on me seems dumb as a stick. All I wanted was a whopper with no CHEESE. If I order a whopper I get cheese, If I ask for no CHEESE I still get cheese. How would you like me to order it, PLEASE TELL ME. Ya'll charge 70 cents for cheese. A whopper on the menu is $4.29 I ask them how much with tax? 3 people could not tell me, because they can't think. If you run a register all day you should be able to answer that. I still am waiting for an answer. They finally gave me 70 cents back without ringing it up, she just opened the drawer and took it out, and I agree it is petty, but what about the tax on the 70 cents? Any moron working fast food should be able to add that up in there head, And my experience is you always charge for cheese if we don't say otherwise. Add 70 cents per whopper, that adds up, this is your cash cow. Another thing, 3 people could not find the ticket. Why. Did she even ring it up, the ticket on the first bag had no price, Maybe she was going to pocket that $5.53? Just a thought. Read moreWe stopped here on our way thru and are traveling with our service dog who is on a leash and wearing a collar that identifies her as a service animal. While standing back waiting for our food, a woman who may have been the manager came from where she was cooking, and walked just to where the counter is and yells "DO YOU HAVE A PERMIT FOR THAT?" Everyone else who was also waiting for their food turned and looked at me and since I wasn't sure that she was talking to me since she appeared to be yelling it to the whole restaurant, I said "excuse me?" And she repeated it very loud and very rude. I told her yes I do have a permit and that she is a service animal. She said ok and walked back to her station. It was very embarrassing as she yelled that out to me, and honestly it was very inconsiderate. She was half way to me when she yelled across the restaurant, she could have come a little closer and asked me. We just bought food at this restaurant, and that was an extremely rude and inconsiderate way to treat their patrons. The customers standing by me also noticed how rude she was. THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE!!!
The last 4-5 times I have placed an online order.....I show up to have to wait anywhere from 5-30 minutes for food. Usually its 5 minutes or so which is annoying and defeats the entire purpose of ordering line.....but today my wait was almost 30 minutes for a double cheeseburger and a medium fry. In whose eyes is that acceptable?
I stood at the counter waiting for almost 5 minutes at the pickup area before I was even addressed. I then had to tell multiple people my very simple order 3-5 times where about 5-7 minutes passed between each time.
Please do better, this is beyond poor customer service and just awful.
