No Stars! I made an online order for delivery to my job. the site said it was delivered so i went to check and nothing was here. Then i looked at the site and it said it was delivered to their own store. I called and tried to explain what had happened and got a very rude lady. She alleged Door Dash picked it up. Being a Door-dash customer i called them (very kind and professional) the representative said they do not see a door-dash order and i have to call Subway since it was off their site. I call Subway back and tried to explain again what was told to me and i asked they need to make it right or give me a refund . The Lady (whom i found out later her name is Courtney) said to me that's not how it works and hung up on me again. With my Credit Card statement clearly says the payment went to Subway, I left my job and showed up at the restaurant since the Manager Courtney kept hanging up on me. Obviously upset because i spent $32 and no food, no accountability with the Manager not trying to make it right. I said i was there to pick up my food or get a refund ; she was VERY aggressive; said she will not give me the food or a refund because door-dash picked it up. I reiterated i wouldn't be standing there had i got my order. The Manager was adamant that door dash took the order. She wasn't helpful so i called Door-dash since i am a customer with them and NEVER had a problem with them before because they always make it right and put the representative on speaker. While the Door-dash rep was trying to assist and had no record of my order. The manager Courtney was very aggressive and threatening all while i was on the phone with Door-Dash Rep whom heard it all . At some point the Manager Courtney said she will call the police on me, which i was okay with since they just took my money and no service. I waited about 15min and had to return to work. I got nowhere, no refund, no food and I WILL NEVER BUY SUBWAY AGAIN! If Subway Corporate is reading this I am sorry you have women like Courtney managing your store. She doesn't have any Customer Service abilities and trying to fight customers is ridiculous. She was hateful and threatening! Door-dash Representative put in a report with Subway as well. Read moreI have ordered Subway from DoorDash 2 times from this location; both times my sandwich was made incorrectly. They added extra condiments that I did not ask for and am unable to eat due to health issues. Whenever I called them to discuss the issue with me there was not a manager available to talk to. I requested that a manager call me the next day and never received a call back. The first time I ended up having to drive from another town to the restaurant to get my corrected sandwich. The second time this happened I was unable to go get the correct sandwich at that time and was told I could come sometime within the next week to pick it up. I went to the restaurant 4 days later and received terrible customer service. The manager was very rude about the situation and told me they had a 3 day policy in which I could come pick up the corrected sandwich. I was told differently over the phone and when I brought this to the manager's attention she made a rude comment and stormed into the backroom to avoid confrontation. I tried to call customer service and was told by an automated system that everything had been moved digitally. Whenever I tried to talk to a human no one answered the phone. I am not normally one to leave reviews and am very patient and kind with these types of situations. However, I will not be back. After 30 additional minutes of waiting and watching walk-ins get orders and leave, I decided to wait in line for my "online" order. During that time, a customer in front of me went through the entire process of ordering a salad and then after checkout was told by the staff that they had not had any forks for 3 weeks. This customer said "how am I supposed to eat a salad without a fork?" then left. A Door-Dash customer who had been waiting long before me, finally got his order, but was told that they didn't have the sauce that was requested by the Door-Dash Customer. In the meantime I went through the process of proving I had placed my order online, and they started clamoring to make my sandwich. After a few frantic moments, I was told that they couldn't make my sandwich, because they were out of bacon. I said that I wanted a refund, to which they said "that won't be possible because it was ordered on the app" I demanded they attempt the refund, which was ultimately successful.
