Miller's Ale House — Restaurant in Conway

I would like to leave a review of our unfortunate visit today, to Miller's in the Lake Nona area. We are a family of 4 people, including a child. We all ordered, I ordered a Mimi's fiesta bowl. From the beginning I let the waiter know my preference regarding the temperature of my food. I asked him to please make sure that the white rice, chicken and shrimp arrived hot at the table and the vegetables, obviously, cold as they normally are. When my plate arrives, it arrives all cold, not even warm!!! The waiter very kindly apologized and told us that he had let the kitchen know about our request. But he was going to tell his manager, Mr. Joe. This man has no empathy, nor that gift of customer service, he did not apologize at any time and my dish was heated in an oven according to him, with everything and vegetables including lettuce.

It was so hot that he had to bring the plate with another plate underneath, the annoyance could be seen on his face. When I go to eat it I told him that the lettuce was extremely hot and its taste was strange. Mr. Joe looked at me so defiantly, and when he turned around my son heard a noise with his mouth, making us feel his annoyance. There was not even an apology for what happened. Incredible! Mr. Joe did not offer any alternative, seeing that I could not even eat with my family. He simply removed the plate very angrily and walked away making sounds of annoyance with his mouth. In the end we asked for a military discount that Miller's offers to public servants and Mr. Joe refused to give it to us. The excuse he gave to the waiter was that he had removed the dish that I never ate because it was returned to him instantly. I didn't understand why he couldn't give us the discount? But will he know why? I don't know if he doesn't like Hispanic people? But, wow, this man's lack of empathy is incredible! Deny a discount that the company offers to a public servant? It is a shame that they put people like that in important positions of such responsibility and seriousness. We will not return to the...

If you plan, to watch any sports this is not the place for you. I went for the first time... since I'm used to going to the one in Kissimmee because I was out in Lake Nona that evening to see an NBA Eastern conference playoff game, when the bar tender a 6 ft 22 year old with tattoos everywhere was annoyed at the fact that we were cheating to LOUD!

We were in thee outside portion of the bar with no children present ,absolutely no cursing and I drank mineral water as my wife had 2 drafts and a friend had 2 high noon beverages. We ate wings I say that to say that we were not Impaired whatsoever!!! We wre enjoying a great game 2 of the knicks vs 76ers when she had the manager Alexa come and ask us to leave !! I explained to the manager how terrible her employee was acting towards us the whole entire evening as if our presence bothered her or my cross ✝️ earrings might of pissed off her 🌈 hair who knows right ?! But after hearing her lame excuse (too loud ) I told her that this was not a library and that we were enjoying the game ! Eventually the cops came because we didn't do anything wrong we were Hispanic at the wrong place I guess, they walked in to which the the whole bar was screaming at this point in thee end of the game to escort us out . Please stay away it's a library not a sports bar! With a bartender who shouldn't work there if noise is not in her job title description at a quote un quote sports bar !

A supervisor who was supervisor polite way more then thee Manager was very kind in explaining and totally understand us and our point of view .. especially when I asked her if for Sunday football games do white men sit here screaming she replied they do yell on Sundays I asked do the cops get called she just said I'm so sorry 😞 this is happening to you guys .. and apologized ! She was absolutely respectful and had a beautiful heart! We left lovingly...

Worst ale house in Florida. Terrible service and less mediocre food, you would think they’d have standards for their restaurant, especially their servers. But that is definitely far from the case. I was having a wonderful day until my family and I sat in that God forsaken booth. Until we had fallen victim of this disgraceful establishment. We were served by a woman with the name tag Gigi, we lacked an interdiction first and foremost. We must have gotten into a misunderstanding, having to do with my knowledge on the menu, I had asked a simple question and then her attitude had shifted after I corrected her on my order. After taking our order she came back and said she was switch our server due to leaving soon and having other tables.. I’d like to note that it wasn’t packed at all.. but then the new server had a slight attitude with us but my family and I didn’t think much of it. The new server was a gentleman named Daniel from what I recall he was bald and tall. I had paid with an 100 dollar bill. My change was due to 32.95 they had taken a while to get my change I found this strange. I had seen them (Gigi and Daniel) laughing while getting my change. When the sever came back with my change it was solely singular 1 dollar bills. I was shocked and I’m rather positive they did they this on purpose. I was in a hurry and left and took my change.

I had called to make a complain, and they hung up on me at first. I was forced to call twice to get my upsetting treatment heard. Nick the manager was the lest sympathetic with this issue and was very dismissive of the whole situation. It is definite that I will not be coming back. Ever. If I could I would leave a 0. If you have any self respect you will also avoid...
