Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Conway

Clean location, friendly cashier, and juicy chicken strips.

There are no locations near my home in Georgia, so I ate here for my first time on a long roadtrip.

Store/Food: I expected it to be similar to Zaxby's. While it is quite similar, there are a few exceptions. The menu is similar, but the food is slightly different.

The chicken here is much juicier. The fries are crinkle-cut but much thinner than Zaxby's. The sauce is almost identical to Zaxby's. The bread here has sesame seeds and is very soft. I prefer the tenders here. The meat is very juicy. I'd happily eat here again.

Location: This is on a very busy road, similar to downtown Atlanta which surprised me. Coming from I-40, it is on the left. Entering and exiting is difficult during lunch.

We had to go to the next light and cut through a business to make a right turn in. When leaving, we had to wait a while to to be able to get out. There is a nearby traffic light that backs traffic to the exit, so you have to hope someone is kind enough to let you out.

Bottom line: I would eat here again but look for alternate ways to enter and attempt a less busy...

I do have three suggestions though, however. In the bathroom install hand dryers and get rid of the hand towels so they don't clog up the toilets. On the door of the bathroom and stroll away to open the door without having to touch the handles.

On your trash cans, install square trash cans instead of the round ones. How are we supposed to put a square container into a round hole to throw trash away Now they are using styrofoam takeout containers instead of baskets.

3 Stars ⭐⭐⭐. Due to Atmosphere

The food at this establishment was very good and the service was extremely good and fast.

The restrooms were clean and well stocked, including all paper supplies and soap.

The atmosphere was bad. The decibel rating of sound in this place was 77 to 80 in the dining room. Too Loud! I used a soound meter to check it.

The music was blaring so loud, We could not carry on a conversation at our table sitting across from...

Ok so the sauce is amazing! I’m not a big fan of chicken but took someone out and this is the place they chose. I did have a bite of the chicken and unfortunately wasn’t impressed. I wanted a chicken sandwich but wanted cheese on it and was told they do not carry cheese…ok, rollin with the punches. There was absolutely no way to “social distance” at the fountain drink area, music was hip but so loud that when they called your name for an order, no one could hear. Asked if they served birthday desserts when the manager came around asking if everything was ok (which I love when a manager does that). Unfortunately, no desserts but he did bring out “birthday chicken” which was super kind!

Maybe if I liked chicken more, I’d give a better review….the staff was friendly, manager was kind, service was fast even at lunch time. Unless, my sweet friend wants to return, I probably will not.
