I ordered two single sonic cheeseburger meals, one I said âonly pickle mustard, ketchupâ, which is what appeared on the screen. The second I asked âno onion, no mustard or Mayoâ which was correct on the screen. The carhop came to my window, I always check my food, one burger full of onions, the other had 3-4 pieces of onion. I hit the button and asked for a remake, this time I said âonly tomato, pickle lettuceâ which is what the screen said. Carhop comes out, we exchange burgers, I check it. FULL OF ONIONS. I hit the button and asked for another remake, this time I am VERY clear about what I want, but the screen shows â+MAYOâ and I tell her no Mayo a couple different times but she canât seem to get it off, just adds âspecial requestâ. The carhop comes out, I asked her to stand there while I checked it, COVERED IN MAYO. After this, I request a manger, A long, blonde haired, skinny Caucasian, mid-aged woman comes out and asks âwhatâs the problem?â I told her and she says âwell you should have said that the first timeâ and walks away. After 10 mins a carhop comes out with money, and just says âhere you goâ. I waited 15 mins, expecting my burger. I hit button ask if Iâm getting my sandwich, the first girl to answer doesnât know, the next person is the skinny blonde manager. To which she says âdid you get your money backâ I said yes. Her reply was âwell then you ainât getting another sandwichâ. I asked for her name but she âhung upâ on me. I have never been so disrespected by a manager at other ANY place, ever!    Read moreThis has got to be the worst Sonic in town. Went there 40 minutes before they closed for the night. We where hoping to get some food after several hours spent at the emergency room. We didn't get food. We barely got someone to talk to us. It took pressing the order button three times over the course of 10 minutes to even get someone to answer us. Pretty sure they picked up the first two times and hung up because the button stopped flashing but we never had anyone talk to us. Want to know what the worker said when we finally got someone to talk to us? He told us that their kitchen was closed for the night. It was 10:31. They still had 30 minutes before they closed and at least four other cars there waiting, and they had closed their kitchen. Got told we could only get drinks or slushies. So we can't even get my wife ice cream to feel better. And the worst part is that even if they're following company protocol and closing the kitchen when they're supposed to, which I doubt, we arrived before 10:30. They didn't answer us until after 10:30. We were intentionally left waiting until they could tell us that we couldn't order food. And I swear that not a single one of the cars that had arrived before us had gotten food and were still just waiting. Not sure if they got to order food or not, but I feel sorry for any of the other customers who had already paid.
Don't bother with this Sonic. If you're out late just find somewhere else to eat if you don't want to waste your time and...

I ordered a number 10 with fries, (the combo with the chicken strips) and a Route 44 cherry Dr. Pepper for my boyfriend since it was only about 3:20. I knew they were a little busy, so I scrolled through Facebook while I waited. I realized that my butt had started to hurt, and I decided to look at the time. It was 3:53. Let me tell you, I was shocked to see that I had been waiting 30 minutes. So I pressed the intercom button, and told them that I had been waiting for 30 minutes. The man apologized profusely, and asked me what I had ordered. Not even 5 minutes later, my food was delivered to me. The manager himself brought it out to me, and told me that I wouldn't be charged for it today. Money in hand, ready to give it to him, I just smiled and said, "Thank you." and I put my money back in my purse. I was instantly feeling better, and it wasn't just because he comped me the food, because I was willing to pay for it. It was the fact that the manager took his time to hand deliver it to me instead of a carhop. That made the difference for me. We need more managers who are willing to deal with a potentially angry customer when the store screws up. The only reason I didn't give this location 4 stars is because this isn't the first time that I have had an issue, however I am extremely grateful that a manager tried to fix the problem personally this time.
