THIS PLACE IS A FREAKING JOKE!!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY EATING HERE!!!!!! IT IS NOT AUTHENTIC!!!!! Second time eating here and it will be the last. Hubby and I stopped in and I got beef nachos and hubby got steak nachos. He got sweet tea and I got diet coke, both in a to go cup. We were the only two customers sitting in restaurant eating. There were customers coming in and out to get to go orders. Service was slow and the lady was not very friendly. It took a bit to get our food, and to get refills on drinks, we had to ask, and she acted like it was a big deal. We were there long enough for 3 refills in small cups. When we got ready to leave I asked for a refill for ice and diet coke, and she told me... No that I could not get a refill. Said 3 refills was enough and refused to give me a refill. I have NEVER in my 40+ years been denied a refill at ANY restaurant. The customer service was terrible!! She acted as if she was being forced to work and we were a bother to her while we were there!! It's a shame one employee can ruin it for a business!! We will never come back!! Also, the nachos were nothing to brag about!! Mine were, chips, beef, cheese, raw onion for $10.99 and hubby's was chips, steak, cheese, raw onion for $8.99 and a cheese dip for $5.99 and our two drinks were $6.00 plus $2 for our to go cups. The entire experience today was awful. Food was NOT hot, and not impressive! Staff was more focused on on to go orders and not customers eating in!! VERY UPSETTING…. Out of all the times of come here I’ve loved to food but here today I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service provided for a TAKE OUT. Order . After charging my credit card their internet server went down .. understandable things happen … but after showing ample proof through pictures, bank statements and even calling my bank in front of the manager they refused to provide the food paid for . Here’s my thing I completely understand from a small business standpoint people will try to get over ….which is why I patiently and politely reassured her it went through. What I don’t understand is the amount of rudeness and unprofessional behavior I received back .the employee there was more polite and understanding than the manager. I come often and I did not appreciate that nor do I appreciate still not getting my food and now having to go through the trouble of disputing a transaction just to get my money back so be careful out there some business don’t even try to accommodate they will keep your money so here’s my proof below from today which is what I showed immediately to the manager...

My food was really good, I got birria tacos, a Mexican sausage taco , horchata and they gave me complimentary chips and dips. The horchata was very good and the chips and dips were really good as well. I didn’t come mainly for the sausage taco but next time I go that’s definitely what I’ll be there for. My taco had so much meat that I used what was falling out my taco for the second corn tort that my taco came on so it was really a 2 for 1. The Birrias were good, filled with meat and lots of cheese. I wasn’t too crazy about the consume that I had to dip it in, I didn’t like the taste but when I used the dips they gave me for my chips for the birria tacos, they tasted amazing. I’d definitely go back and recommend. 10/10 💯✊🏾. And it was a nice environment to eat in very clean, cozy and intimate. I sat at a table and received excellent table service.
