visited this place on a quiet Tuesday night around 9 PM, hoping for a relaxed evening. Unfortunately, I was disappointed right from the start when they didn’t have the ingredients for an amaretto sour, which was a letdown. I decided to go for the wings and shoestring fries, but they didn’t quite hit the mark either. The wings were just okay, and the fries were overcooked both took a long time to arrive.The music was another issue—loud and a random mix that didn’t create a pleasant atmosphere. I'm not a fan of gangster rap, so that definitely didn't help. What really threw me off was seeing someone smoking inside the kitchen doorway, which is definitely not what you want to see in a place serving food.On the bright side, Zack, the bartender, was quick and attentive, doing his best to keep things running smoothly despite the issues. Bartenders charge gratuity without telling you beforehand. Place was almost dead, with 2 bartenders. One bartender basically ignored me the entire time I was there, other one was friendly and checked on me, but after I inquired about pool tables upstairs she informed me that there was a bar up there and asked if I would close out. She then charged me a gratuity without asking or me even seeing the bill before she took my card. Funny part is, that Is would have tipped her more than the gratuity, had she not done that, knowing how slow it was for her and the other bartender. I mean, the one bartender was playing on her phone she was so bored half the time. Place overall lacked atmosphere and I will not return.

Update: So I checked my bank account, and it appears the bartenders tipped themselves another $10 on my tap, after I was charged a 30% gratuity. So, they basically scammed...

The Pointe is a staple of Conyers. I usually go on Fridays and Saturdays. The bartenders are great. The new cooks and the new menu items are great. I got a burger and fries and this was one of the best burgers I've had. The patty was seasoned to perfection, cooked to order, and juicy. The fries were seasoned and crisp on the outside with a soft and fully cooked inside! If you were here in the past and we're sure you've got to come back out. With the change in ownership it has changed from its past reputation. If you know you know. The next inside has been fixed up some and they keep doing more. The new food items are a great bonus for the booze nights. I'm looking the new and improved...
