I ordered a single 6' plain turkey sub online for in-store pick up before going on my lunch break. My receipt stated my order would be ready by 1:05PM. I walked in & did not see my order at the online pick up station so I patiently waited for the woman who was checking a customer out to finish. Once she was finished, she looked at me a said, "You want a sandwich?" I said, "yes ma'am." she then started to put on gloves to make my sub. Before she could even put her second glove on, I stopped her & kindly said, "I actually ordered online." she then slams her hands down, looked at me, laughed & said firmly, "Are you serious?" Confused, I gently said, "No is there a problem?" I thought I had done something wrong. She responded, "Do you see anything over there?"(pointing to the pickup station). I said, "No, which is why I'm just waiting because I was informed to pick up my order at 1:05PM & it's now 1:10PM. she responded, "Well, I don't have anything for an online order. what's the name? because you must have the wrong store." I showed her my printed receipt & she confirmed I was in fact at the right location & started to make my sub. As she finished to make my sandwich, she rudely states, "I don't have any mustard, but I can give you some mustard packets." threw them in the bag & dismissing me said, "have a good one." This was the most disrespectful, rude encounter I've ever had with any business in my almost 31 years of living. This shouldn't happen at ANY business ever. It was uncalled for & beyond unprofessional. I will not be returning to Subway anytime soon. Something HAS to & NEEDS to be done because no employee working at any business should ever treat a paying customer the way I was treated today. Pure disrespect. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI made an online order for this store and arrived ten minutes after it was supposed to be ready. When I got there my order wasnāt ready. They said they were out of one item that was supposed to be on my sandwich. Thatās fine, so I tell them what to substitute it with. Keep in mind Iāve already paid for my order as I ordered ahead online. And I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to complete my order. Whatās the point of ordering ahead if you are not taken care of and the order is not completed? Ridiculous and a waste of my time.
Edit: they also got my order wrong and only gave me 6inch sub instead of the footlong I paid for. When I called to tell them they got my online order wrong that I paid for AHEAD of time and had to wait 30 minutes for in store, the female employee I spoke to had the worst attitude and did not even offer to remake my sandwich or anything. And even though I had an order that I already paid for and was waiting on, she said that they had to take care of the customers in the store first that hadnāt ordered or paid yet.
What is the point of online ordering to get your order ahead of time if they do not care? Terrible franchise.

When I received the sub, it was apparent that they had only put one scoop of tuna on a foot long sub and smeared it and added the toppings. The sub was light as a feather.
I called and spoke to the manager about it and she lied and said that she made the sub and added the right amount of tuna. My husband said that a man made the sub while he was standing there looking at him and she kept lying and telling me that she made it. She wasnāt concerned that I was displeased. I told her that Iād never buy from her shop again. Her response was āok.ā She in no way tried to make it right.
