WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Conyers

The WORST experience I have had with this eatery. I eat here all the time until this Monday. I called a pick up order in over the phone at 5:00 pm. The young lady took my order over the phone, asked for my phone number and name and gave me my total. Normally when my order is ready I would receive a text message telling me so. Around 5:30 pm I walk in to get my order and the 2 ladies at the counter tells me “ that I have to pay for the order before they prepare it”. That’s BS. I have called orders in all the time and NEVER did I go in to lay for it before. I would receive a text messages letting me know my order is ready for pick up. The staff is young and needs more thorough training in handling customers complaints as well as how to relay to customers new procedures etc. After eating here every week for the last year - NO MORE!!!!! If I could give this place a negative...

I won't be going back again.i usually order my wings ahead time and go pick them up while I'm at work well I called to place a order and she put me on hold and never came back so I called 8 times and each time she hung up in my face so I flew mad and drove there and told her u keep hanging up in my face 8 times. The young woman replied she didn't see my call and something was wrong with the phone and customer service sucks there and she was not professional.i will not recommend anybody to go there on lunch break.i am so disappointed I will not return there again I will go to another wnb wings before I ever go back...

I took a very strong liking to this particular location after I tried my first mushroom burger from them but recently they have been slacking on the customer service and the quality of the food. I love mushrooms & I ordered a double mushroom burger on 7/11/2020; my order was quite specific but I get my burger & a portion of the bread is burned on both buns & the mushrooms were ALL burned. From the look of it inside, it looked fine but when I actually took it out of the foil that’s when I noticed it. I’m sure I will be willing to give them another try but not anytime soon...just be sure to check your food thoroughly...
