NO FOOD SAFETY GRADE IN SIGHT -- Food was luke warm upon pickup, but even worse is the customer service. The cashier (white presenting male, arm tattoos) had table cleaning solution in his hands and stopped what he was doing to check me out and hand me my food.
I nicely asked him to please wash his hands as he was just using cleaning supplies. He said he was about to wash the tables and that his hands were fine. I said ok, well I saw you handling the cleaning supplies and I do not want my food handled by hands that have been handling chemicals. He said are you going to pay or not. I said I would be happy to after he washed his hands. I said well I can just grab my food but please do not touch it and he told me their policy doesn't permit customers to reach over the counter - so he wanted me to honor the store's boundary but didn't want to wash his hands. We went back and forth and I asked for a manager. He came back 2 minutes later and said I've washed my hands.

Read moreFood: Wings were very hard and maybe fried too long possibly. Within an hour we had bad stomach vibes. The rice was good and typical and the food was very hot! The wings were very small and I’m speaking small as in pinkie size small length and width wise. I can understand if they are cutting wings off of fresh young chickens then it would make sense and I’d go back if that is the case. Bigger doesn’t always mean better health wise so I can relate regarding the source of food that restaurants get from suppliers. I think the 10 piece wings and rice was 17.00$ roughly! I will give them another try maybe, but not with the wings!
Service: No complaints! The woman at the register was very attentive and patient. I didn’t see many people come in during my visit.

Food taste has since changed and definitely the atmosphere . It used to be a friendly fun place and now it just sucks. The story was that she ordered Bu Go Gi Korean Bbq ended up in jail for a plate of chicken fried rice in which the owner placed jalapeno peppers instead of chicken which the customer was highly allergic . She currently is paying $1500 for that plate due to cashier/owners bad attitude. She even tried to get physical when confronted by guest .
