I only had to come all the way to this location because the 3 locations near me didn't participate in the Friday buy2 get 1 free deal (which by the way is stupid for so many locations NOT to participate in the deals that are broadcasted in emails sent to me). So I filled out the order online for 3 footlongs.. After putting in the order & waiting 30 mins later, I wasn't called/notified or anything that the flatbread was out of stock(which is the bread I chose for all 3 sandwiches). I only get subway for the flatbread, so I asked if another subway could be called to honor the deal since I already paid online for it. Then told since the manager wasn't there a call couldn't be made to another location to honor the deal. After waiting 30 mins & driving out to this location we had no choice but to get another option since the refund on the site would've been a while to go through & get.. I don't understand why employees can't contact another store asking if the manager could honor the deal or if they have the bread in stock to do it. It was irritating since the sandwiches were $22.. $16 with the deal but if I paid this much already y'all could at least have it made how I ask or even if another location can do it since I wasn't notified of the unavailable...
Read moreVery clean overall location, and has that classic subway smell. They messed up my online order, and I was a bit upset when I got back, but always believe in giving people a second chance cause mistakes happen and I would want someone to give me a second chance if I messed up. It seemed like the location manager was doing interviews and overheard my plight, and not only allowed me to keep the extra food as it would go to waste (something I hate, even if I don't like it, I could feed it to someone who would, which is AWESOME and a great look for Subway. This lady should definitely be training everyone in the area, this is one of the better locations I've seen run in a long time. She obviously takes a bunch of pride in her work.)
But they also remade my whole order. Literally SO OG. A game changer.
After asking her name, she let me know she's the district manager. It's obvious that they've got her in the right place. I can assume the issue would have been fixed with or without her being there... she has an infectious personality
When she sees something done wrong, she is quick to act too. Noticed cheese on the bread that was going to burn and she immediately told an employee to pull it. Just operational greatness...
Read moreIf I can give them a 0 it’s way to much, I did a mobile order, there was no greeting as you walk in like you get in other subways locations, 2 employees working 1pm as you walk up to the counter both ladies don’t even acknowledge you at all! Standing there for a min feelt very awkward I was the one that had to let them know I had a mobile pick up, waited 10min more to get my order we noticed were missing a cheese pizza I told them I was missing it, she give me a flat bread with marinara sauce with cheese find out that this location didn’t have pizza bread at this point I’m already behind my time to get back on the road no refund was given🤦🏻♀️drove off because I still had an 1hr drive to my destination when I was on the road I got my tuna salad out🤬at this point I’m pissed off because I paid $11 for a salad they didn’t ADD all my ingredients but they messed up on my salad dressing my choice was oil, vinegar, oregano, salt & pepper, I didn’t ASK for teriyaki sauce with ranch 😤plus I paid for xtra for avocado I’m super disappointed of SUBWAY specially this location no one answers the phone to speak...
