After my experience at Motel six Conyers I will never ever in life lay my head in another one of there motels! Guest relations have sent me through hell and still have not got the issue resolved !!! The front desk NEVER answer the phone ! If you don’t believe me call there press 3 or 0 and find out yourself! Even corporate couldn’t get a hold of them! My card was changed multiple times for the same amount! The young man working front desk kept swiping my card saying there was a error on there end! I also offered to go to a atm and he insisted he’d keep trying . I also told him I needed a smoking room, got to the room and it was non smoking. I called him and asked could he move me rooms he said I’ll be fine! Not to mention the neighbors kept me up all morning fighting and the pillows had a awful smell. I stayed there a total of four hours and hopped back on the highway to find another hotel. That night I went to get gas and my card declined. Without even checking I already knew why. Upon checking my bank account it shows where I was charged multiple times!!!! I sent screenshots to guest services and that wasn’t good enough! Had bank fax them the whole month statement, still had to wait! No calls back every time I called was a excuse now I have to wait for a check to come in the mail once it’s verified and there closed now. Been going through this 3 days now! They don’t even see anything wrong with this hotel not answering there phone. I recommend you not to stay here!!! Nothing but thugs and drug addicts that live here. Roaches, white stains on the bedding, some type of blue substance on the nightstands, keeping the roaches and bedbugs Company. The smell of this room credibly disgusting. The floors were sticky. The bathroom had these brown streaks along the walls and floor. The refrigerator had these white streaks up and down the handprints and they were completely visible because the refrigerator is a dark burgundy color disgusting. However, I expressed my concerns to the attendant through a window and he offered to give me a different room. I chose to check out the next room 232 another disaster, same smell bugs, same holes and bedding same bodily fluids that are completely visible on the bedding and last, but not least I had never seen a full bed on top of a plastic box frame that look like tote side panels that were glued together if possible, enclose a picture or video taken of this establishment. Traveling from New Jersey to Georgia I booked the room through third-party , however, I was told that I was not allowed to check in until 3 o’clock. At the time when I booked the room Upon arriving in Georgia at 1 to 2 AM. Of course this was a major inconvenience. I was told that I could possibly check in early for an additional $55 on top of the money that I already paid for the room to check in at 4:30am Which means I would have to wait in the parking lot until 430. Read moreAWFUL. the online booking got messed up somehow, which I understand technology can fail. It booked me for the wrong day so I was charged for a no call no show, which again I understand. I called guest relations and everyone I spoke to was kind. The problem I have is with the location front desk man and the manager. Guest relations explained all they could do was call the manager. They contacted the manager and they heard back but no one contacted me in any form to let me know. I once again call guest relations where they told me the manager refused to give me a refund or transfer the payment to another date. They told me to call and speak to the manager directly. When I call the motel, the front desk man was EXTREMELY RUDE. he refused to let me talk to the manager or even leave a note that I had called. He then begun to SCREAM at me that there was no way to speak with the manager or get any money back, He then proceeded to hang up on me. I called guest relations back and there told me the only other option I have was to call my bank and dispute the bill. I understand the no call/no show charge, but when it's a error in the computer system and I call immediately to fix it there should be a way to speak to a manager who can make decisions.
