Americas Best Value Inn Conyers — Hotel in Conyers

Worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. We had to stay a week here while my husband worked at the paper mill. They didn't clean the room but twice during our week long stay. That meant no clean towels but twice and they didn't come in to take the garbage out but twice. The room stunk like someone had just put out a marijuana cigarette, but yet we got lectured on not smoking in the room. The one beds sheets had blood spots. The TV was old and the color sucked. There was pubic hair all over in the bathtub and even more on the bathroom floor. The sink had a huge crack in it. Then on the second day here, I take my kids to the pool, which is very small, only to be met by the foreigner that owned the place. My boys were jumping in the pool splashing around like you usually do in a pool. The foreigner told one of my boys to quit and then very rudely walked over and tapped on the sign that said "No Diving". They weren't "diving", they were jumping feet first. So after the pool we came back to the room and realized we had no clean towels, I walk to the front desk to ask for some and the lady told me I had to go find a housekeeper, I told her I thought they had already left for the day and she just shrugged her shoulders. After asking for the manager she decided to pull two towels and two wash rags from behind the counter, which had hair stuck all in, NO LIE!! The whole time we were here there was strange women hanging out all in front of the rooms. Don't even want to know... We paid 350.00 to stay here for the week, most of the other hotels in town are closer to 210.00 a week. We thought the higher price might mean a nicer place. WRONG!! Do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere! Seriously the worst hotel experience I...

It is not dirty, the non-smoking rooms don't smell like smoke, the managers are not rude - in fact everyone is very nice, they even told me that if you book, I believe for four or more nights (at least when I booked) there is a slight discount as well.

I stayed here on a business trip, because this hotel was at the end of essentially a dead end road that had great access to the interstate heading West and was close to food, stores, a running trail, a historic downtown, Amazon lockers, you name it.

It is an older establishment, but it is kept very clean and has the usual TV, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc.

At this price, you're not going to get a brand new place with a butler to turn down your bed, but if you're here to work or just need a clean, comfortable, safe place to stay run by nice people I would recommend it.

Also, at least during the current pandemic, one of the reasons I chose this place is that each individual unit has its own ventilation and air conditioning / heating unit. On the same note, the staff also wore masks and appeared to be conscientious, but since all the interactions take place outdoors and you are not allowed in the lobby currently, it's about as contactless as possible, which is the goal.

In normal times, I prefer not to stay in places that have individual access because of the higher likelihood of shady activity, but my stay was tranquil and pleasant and the owners and staff who live in site clearly keep it that way.

I will definitely stay here again on...

I came to this place about a week ago I am relocating from norcross 2 Conyers. When I came here I liked the place because it seemed like it was lighted up and nobody hanging around. I am looking for a apartment or a room for rent but until then this will be my home away from home. The staff here are nice. I know one thing sometimes I oversleep. I receive a phone call from the office with a good morning are you extending your stay Not It's past eleven there will be a late fee that is the first The manager RASIK/ And staff are the best. They always have smiles on their face. If you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend. This is the ONE if it's just a little get away. Are a business trip? You will feel comfortable and safe at this location. The rooms are clean no bugs. It is excellent. I would recommend anybody to this hotel. The property is clean the towels are nice and white and it smells excellent cleaning service. Does an excellent job they're on point? Thank you guys I will come again until then. I am here...
