When arriving we seated ourselves and waited for service. We continued to wait for about 5-7 minutes when finally we were told “she will be with you soon” then a minute or so later we were asked by a young man “what to drink” so we got our drinks and then we got our order taken by the cook the waitress has still not made her way over and we are about 15 minutes into this dining experience. Soon after our order was taken our waiter stood in front of us by the register and continued with her tickets and proceeded to write our ticket out and be sure the tab was placed on our napkin holder. Then we had to ask for silverware and syrup. Once all the food was delivered we were missing a waffle so we waited for our waitress to return in which we still had no introduction from her and do not know her name. We had to ask the same young man whom got our drinks for the waffle and he asked “Connie where is the other waffle?” So we found out her name finally only for us to be given a backup they already had prepared which was a well done waffle. Not fresh just a forgotten waffle. The dining experience continues and I’m currently inside writing this review making Connie wait to leave because she doesn’t have my payment yet so you know I wait on her she can wait on me right??? It’s sad to not acknowledge guests or care for your job I myself work in a restaurant and guests are always welcomed because after all without them how will we get a paycheck??? So this experience was definitely rock bottom. Connie I hope you find happiness in a job someday and treat others as if...
Read moreI am very disgusted with all Waffle Houses in the Conyers area at this moment. They all do not answer their phones and a message comes on saying that they are not accepting take-out orders over the phone and that customers have to come in to place them! That's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard since that's inconvenient to customers, but it's flat-out irresponsible in this pandemic with COVID!!! So, Waffle House.... I guess you WANT customers coming in and possibly spreading COVID all over your restaurants and to your staff and other customers? All other restaurants are going out of their way to let customers order takeout and just come in to pick it up. I wonder how the health department will feel about this. I guess waffle house andemployees don't want to work. I saw a review above for this same location from 2 months ago... where someone else complained about them not answering phones, and I saw where staff responded and said they'd "look into" the problem but obviously no one did or didn't care enough to fix it. I used to LOVE waffle House but I'm done with them if they've gotten so lazy they can't even take a takeout order over the phone, even at 3 a.m. and don't care if customers have to come in and sit around and wait just to place a takeout order while there's a pandemic...

I visited this location and to my surprise they cheated me with my final bill.
I had breakfast at this location and my check was for $16.00. I gave my server $4.00 for gratuity for a total bill of $20.00.
Unfortunately, I didn’t ask for a receipt even though the cashier offered (my mistake). When I responded that I didn’t need one. She smiled with a smirk.
When I checked my bank account later that day, I was very surprised that the store charged me $56.00.
I tried to call the store but they don’t have a number listed. Even Waffle House corporate does not have a number for customer service. What they want you to do is fill out a feedback which I did but to no avail. There wasn’t a response or a confirmation that they received my complaint.
What kind of a company policy is that? There’s no medium for you to file any grievances.
So be wary of this store. I ended up tipping $40.00 for a $16.00 check as opposed to $4.00. It’s the most expensive breakfast I’ve ever spent at a Waffle House.
Merry Christmas young lady, I hope that helped...
