This was by far the absolute worst experience I’ve had at any longhorn steakhouse. 1st: we where put on the waiting list about (6:57pm) 50min wait to be seated for 5people. Which I understand. So wasn’t mad at all about that on a Sunday. 2nd: We were seated at a dirty table (7:50pm) so I waited an additional 5min for it just to be half way cleaned. What I mean by that is the table was wiped down, however it was the additional food on the chairs and floor, silverware on the floor, and the previous guest check on the table that we waited 50min to be seated at… just saying the table wasn’t ready. I should’ve left right then… 3rd: We waited an additional 15min (8:15pm) for our server to come (Tariq H) just to tell us that they were out of just about everything we wanted to order on the menu ; chicken wings, lobster, creamed Spanish, etc… 4th: we ended up ordering no appetizers because they didn’t have what we wanted, so we ordered our entrée’s thinking they would be out within 30min or so. That was far from the case… we set there for a little over an hour before our food came (9:15pm). And we didn’t even have time to eat it because my husband had to be to work by 11pm on the other side of town. So we got everything to go. Which I had to box up myself even though I asked my waiter to box up our food… 5th: Tariq H our server asked me did I want my lamb chops crusted topping. I replied sure not knowing that that meant a glob of cheese on top of them and he failed to mention that it was extra money to get them prepared that way. When he brought my food out and it had all that cheese on it I wanted to cry. I mean who eats cheese on lamb chops? I had to fight back my tears because I knew I didn’t have time for them to remake them. So I went home hunger, disappointed, and upset to say the least. 6th: The manager Breanna Taylor never came over to our table. I had to go to the bar and get my own check just for her to ask me, do you still want the lamb chops? I replied no just take it off my check. All she said was I’m sorry. That’s it , I’m sorry. Even after I expressed to her my disappointment in the cleanliness, lack of communication with our server, and how long we had to wait on our food… people that sat down after us got there food before us! 7th: I work in the service industry so I know this was unacceptable in how this was managed. I believe that they care more about volume and quantity over service and quality! I still tipped the server 18% because I don’t believe in working for free…

When I pulled up ended up going inside to get the issue corrected and Crystal was very unbothered and acted as if the steak wasn’t burnt. Then asked did I receive the salad and sweet potato which I did and told her the salad is at home because there was nothing wrong with it and if she paid attention the first time she would have seen the sweet potato when she opened the container to look at the steak. Crystal seem to be worried about the sweet potato and salad I guess because when they was going to redo the state, she want to make sure that I didn’t get those items again but let me say that the young lady that brought the food to my car because I did curbside was tipped eight dollars. I think the salad is worth maybe two or three dollars so if I could tip the young lady eight dollars for just bring it to my car and I damn sure can afford to pay for the salad if I chose that I want another salad. Crystal did not compensate me for my time whatsoever or for the order being messed up because I had to drive all the way back which was a 20 minute drive this is my Mother’s Day dinner, but I think once again she didn’t care she was very unbothered and acted as if I’m bothering her Because I want my meal done over. Crystal, I think you need to know as being a manager you must know how to lead specially if you want your staff to follow example with you on how you treat customers because when I walked in, you had a group of staff there that was chatting it up talking and laughing so now that explains why I wasn’t answering the phone or you kept hanging up on me. I asked Crystal for corporate number. She told me she don’t have it. It’s a Google it. I asked her once again. I figured the manager and you don’t have corporate number normally that’s normally in the back area somewhere in the office written down, but she stated she does not have it. Crystal I know that there’s a saying that Customer is always right sometimes they may not be, but in this case I was because my steak was burnt. I will no longer be back at Longhorn at least this Longhorn Crystal. You have a bad attitude and you need to treat your customers better.

I haven’t been to this Longhorn since December of last year and then my order was wrong!! I ordered a medium well outlaw steak. It came out well done when I got home. Everything was not even room temperature when I got home. I called immediately back to the restaurant and the manager did take care of me. She refunded me a gift card for $35 and said that the problem would be fixed because their top priority is taking care of the customer. Well as you can see by the receipt that’s on the containers in the pictures that I’ve provided I was specific in my order request The steak this time was medium well cold but medium well nothing taste fresh as I requested. Nothing was prepared fresh the way I wanted it!! For me to pay $62.11 for my order and it comes out the way that they want to give it to me Instead of the way that I prescribed doesn’t seem to me that you’re taking care of the customer! That the customer even matters per our last conversation back in December, I asked for no bacon for my baked potato and I received two containers with bacon. I asked for 2 cups of Heinz 57 sauce for my steak. I got barely a half a cup. I could see if you all were super busy but not even then when the order is printed out for you to read what the customer wants. Just read do as required and take care of the customer!!! When I was in customer service it’s called keeping the customer coming back, customer retention and keep the customer wanting more of a good thing. I don’t even wanna call to the manager to tell them what I’ve experienced because I’ll get the same spill that I’ve gotten back in December 2024 nothing has changed. Nothing will change and this is my very last time ever going to a Longhorns restaurant. If you’re doing your order to go regardless of how you say you want it they’re gonna give it to you their way what’s most easiest for them although they’re not paying for it they’re still gonna give it to you their way, no matter how specific you are and how you want what you’re paying for, they’re gonna still give it to you their way.Longhorn you have truly lost a customer.😡😡🤔😔😔 Check your order before you leave and if it’s not the way you want it send it back while you’re parked and at the restaurant. Don’t get home and be devastated like me!!!

Happy Birthday to me NOT! First of all we arrived at 5:15 p.m. on a Tuesday and the dining room was practically empty YET they sat my 83 year old mother & myself all the way to the back of the dining area. We weren't the only one's. There were also 2 other elderly ladies seated across from us, AGAIN in the back of the dining room. Given the fact that if for no other reason, my mother at 83 years old, clearly elderly should have been seated close to the front, ESPECIALLY in an empty dining room. After we were seated, I had taken a selfie to commemorate my birthday dinner. It would be the next day before we realized that we had proof that all the booths and tables were vacant. We were there for over a half hour before bringing out one salad and one bowl of soup. It was another 30+ minutes before our SIMPLE meals would arrive, which consisted of one chopped steak dinner and one Wild West Shrimp as the other entree' choice. Our waitress only checked on us once during the entire 2.5 hours it took for our meal of what SHOULD have been quick and easy considering many other menu items that would require more time to prepare offered by the restaurant menu. The worst of it was the waitress had knowledge that it was my birthday and asked me directly, never addressing my dinner partner, " How would I like my dessert?" This only led me, or would have led anyone for that matter to believe that I was being offered a complimentary birthday dessert yet it was on the final bill. Upon choosing my cheesecake dessert, which I requested, plain or with strawberries was brought out covered in caramel and pecans for which I am allergic. I stated this to the waitress and she she said," oh, well we didnt have any strawberries." instead of offering an alternative to begin with. The waitress stated, " they didn't have any strawberries YET the dessert they were spotlighting by the signs on the table was ONLY strawberry shortcake dessert. She didn't bother to discuss this lack of availability with me but instead chose to make the final decision about how my dessert would be prepared. The dessert which she knew she fully intended on charging me for all along. Obviously, these were her intentions all along. Otherwise, why did she not offer a decision to my dinner partner as to what or if she had a dessert choice. I chose not to complain or detain us any longer, given the fact that my mother was very tired at this point. We had gone to a Matinee' prior to dinner therefore making this a long afternoon for my mom. The waitress introduced herself as , "T". Just in case someone should choose to dine at this location, you may want to avoid this particular server who clearly needs training or simply lacks...

Wellll, apparently I went on the wrong day according to those other reviews, someone should have told me to turn around because your making a big mistake. So it was a Saturday, 9:27 is when we got sat they close at 11, I thought that was enough time, apparently not. Our waiter didn’t take are drink order until 9:45, at that point we order everything cause we might not see her again. That was a sign right there to leave but what we do, stay like this was the only place open and it wasn’t. So we ordered two margaritas long pour, we got a regular margarita glass, I asked about the extra cup that’s come with it on the side and was told that’s the same about of drink for the long pour cause there out of the extra cups and just put it in this glass, it wasn’t but we’re like whatever and keep it moving. Our bread comes out with no utensils, we asked for some it’s 10:00 at this point and we waited for about 10 minutes no utensils, so we go up the the host stand and get it ourself cause what’s going on. Bread was pretty much cold at this point so we don’t even eat it. We ordered one ribeye and one new York strip with Brussels sprouts and loaded backed potatoes. When the food starts coming out, we receive two newyork strips, I’m like I order the outlaw ribeye, they take it back, mind you it’s 10:30. Like what do y’all have going on. The person that orders the strip wanted A1 sauce, asked for it didn’t get it until 10:50, my food still isn’t out. Onto the Brussels sprouts, we all know that there Brussels sprouts when done right are amazingggg, roasted honey glazed charred and everything, we received no glazed and had regular butter on top. Absolutely not!!! This is when we decide to take to the manager, cause ain’t no way y’all messing on everything at this table. We talk to the manager and you can tell he didn’t want to do anything but remake the food like that was the only problem, mind you my steak was under cooked, I asked for medium received medium rare. I used to work at a steakhouse as a cook, so I know what a steak supposed to look like and that wasn’t it. He said all he can do is give a discount that was not even good, no one was asking for two free meals but when you mess up this bad, there has to be something else you can do. This place has a lot of young people working here, I hate to say it but they could careless about make customers happy and willing to come back. Absolutely Disappointing Birthday Experience

We chose Longhorn Steakhouse to celebrate my husband’s birthday, expecting a memorable evening for our large party of 8 adults, 3 babies, and 1 toddler. Unfortunately, what should have been a special celebration turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

We arrived at 6:00 PM and was seated at 6:40 PM (they don’t take reservations). While we understood the delay given our party size, the service issues that followed were completely unacceptable.

Our server took our drink and appetizer orders along with the babies’ meals, then returned for the adults’ food orders. The drinks and appetizers arrived in a timely manner, but that’s where the positive experience ended.

The food quality was shockingly poor:

Multiple food orders came out incorrect Adult chicken was undercooked and unsafe to eat Baby meals also had undercooked chicken - a serious safety concern with infants Ordered a filet medium rare but received a well-done sirloin instead Salmon arrived cold Asparagus was yellow and clearly overcooked my chicken salad didn’t arrive until everyone else had finished eating, and when it finally came, there was no chicken in it My son’s chicken tenders and fries didn’t arrive until the end Only the ribs and mashed potatoes were acceptable

The service was equally disappointing. When we needed to address these serious food safety issues, the manager was nowhere to be found - we discovered her simply sitting at the bar and had to specifically request her assistance. Even more frustrating, when she finally came to our table, she spoke to everyone else in my party but completely ignored me - the host who organized this birthday dinner. Despite other people at our table specifically directing her to speak with me, she continued to dismiss me entirely. Her unprofessional behavior and inadequate response were unacceptable given the severity of the problems, especially the undercooked chicken served to babies.

While our server did comp my meal, this gesture felt minimal considering the extent of the problems we experienced. What was supposed to be a special birthday celebration for my husband became a stressful and disappointing evening that we’ll never forget - for all the wrong reasons.

I cannot recommend this location and strongly advise others to consider alternative dining options, especially for special occasions or when dining with young children. The food safety issues alone make this...
