We ordered two medium vanilla bean ice coffee with cream and liquid sugar, two toasted everything bagels with strawberry cream cheese and a 20 count of assorted donut holes munchkins. Well first thing when the lady working the drive through window went to hand is out ice coffees before she even opened the window I noticed they were dark, meaning no cream or sugar was added. I told the lady and she apologized and immediately went to fix our drinks. As she handed me my corrected ice coffees she handed me my 20 count donut holes and closed the drive through window. I looked in my donut box and the were all Glazed donut holes! Not assorted like I asked! She never said anything while ordering at the menu about being out of assorted and only having glazed.
*Politely when she came back to the window I asked her if they were out and she said "YES" again I was very polite and I said " why did the person taking my order not tell me they were out of assorted and instead take it upon their self and give me 20 glaze munchkin donut holes instead of just asking if I wanted them substituted or something else in their place?
+If I wanted all glazed munchkins I would of asked for them all to be glazed-
The young lady's face was shocking when I did not want the 20 glazed and was handing them back . Like I was supposed to just accept the munchkins and ride on. NOPE not me I want what I paid for. The Dunkin employee then stuttered and said they were out of munchkins! I said " all of them! Really?" I asked for something in its place like a big donut or two since you gave me these and I can't take these home, especially when I have kiddos expecting Jelly, chocolate munchkins. "She then said oh wait I think we have some cooling in the back for later. I tried to hand her the 20 glaze back she said keep them, so I did. When she handed me the new replacement munchkins I immediately felt them and they were not cooling off. They were not hot nor fresh. They felt as they had been sitting all day!
[* I personally know what a Dunkin donut looks like sitting all day. ..hint hint I use to be a general manager in the Nashville surrounding area for nearly 3 years..
As she handed us the munchkin donuts she closed the drive-thru window and I pulled off.. it was then that we realize we did not get our toasted bagels with cream cheese. So I pulled back around and I let my spouse go inside cause he knew my mouth at this point would have been respectful but I would have let it be known that this customer service was 100 lazy and this Dunkin Donuts sucks and I would have been demanding to speak to management about unorganized poorly customer service we receied.
Lastly when he came out with our bagels and we opened them up they were extremely over coked one was and the other was a halfed cooked one side and a side that was never tosted! There was barely any cream cheese on these bagels at all! The picture shows it all. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts on Jefferson. I should have just eaten breakfast at home or went to Starbucks and spent that extra dollar for better quality and service. But I grew up on Dunkin as a child living up north. but damn times have changed. I was so disappointed in the lack of customer service they gave us which was a 0-1 for effort for showing up to work cause the good old Lord knows people don't want to work these days.. . Looking at Dunkin today, the chaos of the lack of care of their job duties the poor communication and poor customer service skills and no organization made me realize how I used to run my stores and how I truly miss it and regret the decision moving and leaving that job behind. Management is the key to success and can surely get that store out of limbo.
This is not my first bad experience there it has been over 20 and he lost count. Many other people i have come in contact with have had the same if not similar experience there.. Y'all can do better. Team work, close mouth...
Read moreMy husband and I have now ordered the new DunKings meal deal over five times. Every time we specifically select white cheddar, no sausage, and the croissant OR the egg and cheese English muffin with white cheddar and every time they have put either sausage with the white cheddar or sausage with the cheese it normally comes with. At first, we wanted to give them a chance before leaving a review since we enjoy Dunkin in the mornings, but now this is over five times and has happened every time. Today we ordered two egg and cheese muffin with white cheddar and instead we get two sausage and American cheese English muffins with no eggs. Sausage every time! What is the point of having one sandwich with no sausage if they're still going to put sausage and not even put the egg that is supposed to come with it? What is the point of having customization options if they are going to do the exact opposite? This also happened with the previous $6 meal deal, but only a hand full of times out of the many times we ordered it so we just ignored it. Now it is happening every time. We are no longer wasting our money and will have to take a long break from Dunkin for a while and order breakfast and coffee elsewhere. It's unfortunate as this DunKings deal is our favorite because of the creativity with the adorable boxes, but it is not worth wasting our money and not being able to eat what we ordered. Hopefully this is just a simple online ordering system issue on their end that can be corrected (we confirm every time that we ordered the correct thing we wanted after receiving the incorrect items) and that this is nothing intentional with an employee or two that work during the morning shift.
EDIT: Decided to give them yet another last chance and they finally got the croissant with just cheese. BUT it was the wrong cheese and they cooked it with the egg still on it and then took it off so there's only bits and pieces of the cheese still actually on the bread. We have decided to go to one further away and they have not once gotten our order...
Read moreI went here for the 1st time in over 20 years and was very disappointed. Here is the breakdown.
There were 4 of us, two couples. So only 2 orders. My wife and I ordered 1st. There were others ahead of us and behind us. We placed our order and it was similar to the order place ahead of us.
Prepare orders were placed on the counter and the woman on 1-29 was simply calling out "coffee with cream" etc. So my wife ordered a large coffee with cream and a chocolate donut.
The woman in front of us ordered a medium coffee with cream. The worker placed a bag and cup of coffee on the counter and said
"Double chocolate donut and coffee with cream" My wife's order???? She went and picked it up. Then all came undone. The worker said the donut was my wife's but not the coffee it was a medium and belonged to the other lady.....what?
You put both on the counter sidexside and called out, no medium no large, just coffee with cream.
The workers came across as if we were too ignorant to figure out what they were saying. My wife gave the other customer that coffee then waited and waited. Finally got her coffee long after her food.
The couple that was with us, our friend waited and waited for her coffee, it was not forthcoming. She asked, asked again. They had lost track of the orders and had to verify if im fact my friend had ordered a coffee. It was a bit longer, but they made her her coffee.
The drive through was getting priority and all coffee orders were made for them first. So dine in was a horrible wait, and because of that the 1 person making coffees got mixed up and neglected the dine in to the point that orders had to be verified.
The entire experience was very off putting and the fact that ALL drive through customers were given priority over dine in caused confusion and a very unprofessional manner among the workers.
I will NOT be returning there ever. To pay almost $17 for 1 coffee, 1 drink and 1 breakfast sandwich and then to have to be treated like that, basically I paid them to embarrass my wife due to their...
