McDonald's — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken nugget meal.Ask for hot fries when I got to the window.I checked the fries.They were cold so she said to move up to the next window.I sat there for over 10 minutes.As people were going through the drive through obviously , she was upset. So I go around the building to go in to find out where my food is and she hands me a bag as I was coming in, i get into the car.I get my fries.I thought maybe they spilt into the bag.But their fries were only a quarter full, so I went back in to show them.What is this? So the manager that was doing the turned around and looked at me.So the African girl looked at me.She says I'm really sorry about this.The long wait n fries, and the manager that was over by the fries.Says, you don't need to apologize to her.You don't need to say you're sorry. I'm like what excuse me.I'm standing right here.I haven't left she doesn't even turn around as yours.I wasn't talking to you.I was talking on my headset, i said oh really?That's what you said to someone always in the drive through.I said you're a liar.You said it to your other employee. This manager on p m is a real piece of work. I could say a few more things. But I took care of it with the managor on day shift.Hopefully she does something about it. The lady has a bad attitude. And as I drove away through the parking lot.Cause there's only one way out to go towards menards.They were laughing through the drive thru window.Real classy place, i would never lower myself to go...

Absolutely horrible... This is the worst McDonald's ever!!! Went in to eat with kid and hubby my son orders than I do she couldn't get #9 right for nothing... Than my husband comes from behind me to order and she looks at him and says "what are you doing?" He says ordering food... Finish the order the call our order my son's Happy meal does not have fries in it so I go back up for Fries and they were out of fries and would bring some out when they got some! Don't you think you should say this when you give customers there food!!! I see numerous customers getting orders with fries I walk back up ask for my son's small fry kid says yeah ok small fry and walks in back right pass the fries...WTH!!!! So I now am crabby I had to yell at the young manager just staring at me hello can I just get my kids fry??? As she hands me them says well at lease you have hot fresh fries yes good point but the rest of my son's food by now is COLD!! So back to seat I go to only see a nasty dirty tray with old ketchup dried up all over the tray!!! Never ever will I go back to this one!!! This is nasty poor customer service and most importantly not one of them young workers apologies for the miscommunication or rudeness they had!!! I'd want my money back so disgusted I just left obviously McDonald's needs to...

I was here today and there were tons of goofyness going on and the dining area was not clean my husband had to wape our table down with a napkin plus when we got our food the fries were really cold because I guess not all our order was ready and fries were sitting on the tray and not where they can keep warm. Plus on top of that they had no ketchup and I was not going to bother to ask about packets of ketchup up because several workers did not want to grab any for other customers. I've been to this McDonalds several times and never had a problem now this one has issues. Plus when they did get someone in the lobby to clean he was complaining and what McDonalds allows there workers to wear sweat shirt and sweat pants plus there were packets of ketchup on a table and this worker asked if he can put them back in the container and the manager said yes. I worked at a McDonald's and you had to throw packets of ketchup that were sitting at the table because you never know who had them and who was sick. This is a good way to get people sick. It did not matter if it was napkins, ketchup, jelly we had to throw it away and other McDonalds do the same at least the ones I know well. Well I will never go to this...
