We had a great experience with The Original Mattress Factory! From the showroom floor to the delivery process – top notch company. On our initial visit, we worked with Craig at the Maple Grove location. He showed us the bare inner springs displayed in the store and explained how they make the beds. Very impressive and honest approach. Buying a new mattress set is an investment and I wanted to know we were getting a good, quality set. Craig did an excellent job answering all of our questions. Very good salesman to work with. We left the showroom that day to think about everything we’d learned. It was a lot. We went to the Coon Rapids store the following Saturday to work with Craig and to purchase our queen set – Orthopedic Luxury Firm with a low-profile box spring. Delivery went off as promised. Awful! They give you a warranty IF the mattress is defective. Then they will FIX it. I don't want a fixed mattress that they don't give a warranty on. What happens if that has bad springs in it? If they are such a great place to buy a mattress, why don't they warranty their FIX? After 3 months, I couldn't sleep on their mattress without getting a backache. I have bought mattresses for my kids at this store twice. The second time, I wasn't sure what I wanted to get, but after mentioning I had bought from there before the salesman offered to look up our last purchase to help. With that I was able to make a good decision, and I was not pressured to stick with the current quality of the last purchase or upgrade the mattress I wanted.
