I used to be a loyal customer for 6 years until today, 05/26/24. I ordered the usual for delivery and PAY IN ADVANCE with Tip. When the driver arrived, I was in the patio and my husband was in the shower so we didn’t hear the doorbell. The driver took the order back to the store and the Tracker was marked COMPLETED. I called the store after an hour because we’re used to our order left on the bench even if we did not answer the door. The person who answered the phone admitted the driver was wrong and asked, “Was it a young black man?” 🤨 I said, “No, it was an older white woman.” She then asked to redeliver and stated it’s not a big deal. I argued that it is a big deal because I paid for it and it should have been left on my bench. I was upset because she was dismissive of the issue. After we hung up, Manager Todd Foster calls to make the order fresh and decides he will exercise his “customer service” skills by justifying why it’s their protocol not leaving the order if someone does not answer the door. I told him that makes sense IF I DID NOT PAY FOR IT IN ADVANCE! But Doordash takes photos of the delivery to prove it’s delivered because I paid for it! Then he justifies that marking the order complete even if I did not receive the order would compel me to call the store. I told him that it’s proving you’re a thief and misleading me with intent to steal. You lost a loyal customer, Dominos, because your manager is super ignorant and your staff is racist. Read moreI usually order from dominos and have no issues, tonight I lost all hope. I ordered 2 pizzas, pasta, and cheese sticks. Not a huge order. Now people tend to put my address in wrong being North Main St. rather than South Main St. Tonight this mistake was made yet again, unfortunately our drivers number came up as a spam number so it was automatically declined. I called the store and spoke to our driver still willing to wait for our pizza, even explained how to get to our house. After waiting another 45 minutes, we called the store again asking for info. We were told the driver didn't tell anyone we still wanted our order, wanting to speak to a manager we were told she was busy and would have to wait, 5 minutes no big deal, we just wanted pizza!! The manager Tonya i believe she said pops on the phone and accused us of being the ones to not want to pay for our order and wanted it canceled, even though we mentioned we had already called once before still wanting the pizza. This lady had the ultimate attitude towards me for the drivers mistake. Lets just say we ended our night with pizza hut! Read moreOrdered delivery with a estimated delivery time of 30-40 min. Tracker stated that pizza was checked at 8:52 and at 9:33 it still had not been sent out. I called to inquire about possible technical difficulties with the tracker. Manager stated that the pizzas were ready and they were waiting on a driver. I told her that I would appreciate if they would remake my pizzas before sending them out because they were no longer fresh since they had been sitting out for 45 minutes. She said they were still fresh under the heating tray. I told her that my quote said 30-40 minutes and by the time the pizza got here I would have been waiting an hour plus. I explained that I didn’t mind the wait but I would like fresh pizzas. She told me that if she remade them I would have to wait the current wait time of 41-50 min since there were other orders ahead of me. It would have taken nothing for her to remake my pizzas (it took them 8 min to make the first two) and send them out with the driver and have them to me within 20-25 minutes to solve this issue.
